@@mikemurphy5898 they did but didn't. Saying "play as members of the family including leather face" for most would be interpreted as just saying what characters the killer can play as. Not that more than one player can be the killer.

killer klowns sounds the most intresting, not because nostalgia or anything but because the 3-7 aspect. pretty much every other DBD esque game is 1-4 or 1-7 but its always just one enemy. The fact that both ends may need to use teamwork is what catches my attention

In my early 30s an I simply can't keep up with multiplayer games anymore. I feel like a pensioner with these reflexes telling my son, back in my day we used to do 360⁰ no scopes on rust!

Unfortunately Arc Raiders has been canned. Announced it at the beginning of this month.

@@MattWalkerTxranger no, it was initially slated for 2022 when it was revealed at the game awards last year, and it was just delayed till 2023 and will probably come late next year.

Also from killer klowns, the developers stated that the human AI townspeople act more like vessels for the 7 players to transfer themselves into if you die to a clown. The clown objective is harvest the whole town, so if you become clown food your consciousness is transferred to a random Idle AI class that hasnt been eaten yet. Also both clowns and people have classes with attributes like in Friday the 13th

"Dark & darker" playtest was a lot of fun. Is like a DND vibe, dungeon diving extraction looter with different fighting classes like barbarian/wizard/cleric etc.

This is my first time hearing of The Finals. Looks interesting!

A cool thing to add to videos of upcoming games is including planned platforms. I dont mind at all looking it up if im interested in it, but was thinking itd be nice having that info in the video.

I am really excited for ARC Raiders and THE FINALS, I think they look so cool and it's insane that they are going to be free.

It looks like some of these devs really liked the gloo cannon from Prey. In fact, I'm getting Arkane's crazy weapons and powers vibes from a few of these.

I know it may have been overlooked or didn't make the cut, but I was surprised you didn't mention "Meet Your Maker". looks to bring a new twist to the raid style multiplayer games. should be interesting!

Reminds me of Saints Row Reboot

Played the OG Dune strategy game WAY back, read all the books, watched all the movies. Can't wait for this game.

Alot of those look cool. One I'm looking forward to this month is resident evil : versus that was supose to come out with village lol

Dead Side Club reminds me of a multiplayer browser game called P.A.W.N. Big nostalgia vibes

the level of detail on the dune guys face is insane. I don't play modern games so if that is normal I might just be out of the loop, but that is probably the most convincing cg human face I have seen.

This is the first time I'm hearing about Dead Cide Club and I have to say it is a unique idea.

Gaming is definitely ramping up, and I’m excited about it.

There is also game "Evercore Heroes," a new title made by former Riot and EA veterans that introduces a brand new competitive genre to gaming-- the "MOCO" (Multiplayer Online Co-op) 4 teams, 4 heroes per team, each racing to complete raid dungeons the fastest. I saw this on twitter !

The Finals is using some new core tech for total destruction which makes it all work, which until now has been very limited comparing to previous games.

Looks like Hyenas ripped gloogun from Prey :D

Marauders is a pretty great extraction shooter, one of the few done right

Not sure if it’s because I’m older but the the idea of multiplayer games leaves me cold. I use games to disappear into different worlds and generally avoid people! If ARC Raiders had a single player, story mode though, that’d be so cool. It looks fantastic.

I've played Marauders. It's a good game. Basically Escape from Tarkov in space . You can fly ships and shoot onto other players ships with your escape poe, almost sea of thieves style. Really cool

Friday the 13th was awesome on pc before it got abandoned and occupied by hackers. It’s good to pop in for a wacky time of like 4 Jason’s running around, but it’ll be cool to have a similar co op game to play that doesn’t get sent to pasture by its IP holder.

Woah the Sam Hyde game in the thumbnail looks great!

Kinda surprised TCM was chosen over Nightmare on Elm Street. Dreams have literal infinite possibilities!

I saw so many people trashing Hyenas when the trailer came out and I genuinely don't understand why. It looks like an incredibly unique game with a strong art direction to go along with it. Sure it sucks to not get Alien Isolation 2 but that doesn't mean we need to trash everything else those devs come out with.

Man next gen needs some of these games to come out. Seems like all the good ones are on pc still and out systems can handle it perfectly fine.

Another one to check out which is out now is Deathverse: Let it Die. It's very much Dark Souls meets battle Royale and it's really fun. The weapons maps and modes are somewhat limited but things are balanced and quality.

Can vouch marauders is an incredibly fun game. Been playing everyday since it dropped in early access

I had an idea for a async multiplayer about a team of US Marshals chasing down a fugitive (or two). It was inspired by the show Justified. Yup.

I have a decent idea for an asymmetrical... HAL. The survivors are people working on a test of a new AI, built into a science and observation station orbiting a planet. The player playing the AI (let's call them MEL) has almost full control over the Space station, the Survivors are not as often trying to avoid being killed by eternal will, and are usually just trying not to die from their own poor choices. MEL could turn off life-support, lock doors, and basically have full control over the initial layout, but through sabotage and teamwork, the survivors could take temporary control of certain systems, and work their way through several widely diverging processes of escape, ending in one of a number of potential escape cutscenes. Pods, a shuttle, a long-range radio transmitter, could all be options for escape with very different requirements of action and positioning around the procedurally laid-out space station. Perhaps the team wants to get the super-rare crash-landing ending? They have to crawl through engineering spaces usually not used by players in order to force a reactor overload that ultimately drops the whole station back to its planet, but doing so requires distracting MEL with another route of escape so they are not scanning the engineering passages whilst a single player is attempting to crawl through the Plasma overflow chambers before the AI realises and evaporates them instantly. An added atmospheric amazement would be if MEL even had control over the in-game Voice Chat. Every 5 minutes or so they can disable one of the players microphones for a minute, if they wait and save up 4 charges they can disable everyone's mic at once, silencing the teamwork while they make creepy, arrogant robo-monologues about how foolish biological organisms are.

I hope everywhere is not just for pc. but the dual art style might be because in the game you can use simulation/virtual reality to do whatever you want

Dead Cide Club is literally that Worms battle royal that came out like last year

damn didn't know about non of these and they all look promising, this console generation needs the next level multiplayer experience hopefully some1 delivers🙏🏾

Could you guys do a top 10 upcoming or best metroidvania games pls?

I'm surprised when I first heard Everywhere. It was a similar concept that I once hope I'm able to make in the future. (but I guess not) So, what I had in mind is kinda like a single platform that crosses different "Worlds". Every world having it's own theme, so like a game for example. And every world has similar or even exact same basic stats on your character, so you can cross worlds without any problem. It's like splitting the Ready Player One world into multiple, so you can have different varieties of story themes or art style to each.

10.) looks like it would look pretty sweet on an OLED 4k set. Can’t wait for that one. Give it a shoot at least. Thanks for the vid bud. As always great content

I'm actually very excited for ARC Raiders, the game looks amazing, nice setting, fighting big alien robots and is actually free to play? Sign me in! Also very excited for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre game, looks promising.

Deadcide Club kind of looks like a multiplayer version of My Counsin Pedro and I'm down for that.

Marauders needs to work on that walking animation xD

We need more games to actually innovate and not be cheap cash grabs.

Another cool thing about The Finals game is that its being created by ex DICE devs so the reason why the destruction looks like old Battlefield titles is because it is.
