I know you get asked this a lot, I would love an update on steward filing chapter 11 and some insight there. I'm still holding but really have lost some confidence in mpw management.

Hey Chuck... any insight into latest MPW developments. (Steward filing bankruptcy and MPW offering up yet another $75M!) How do we know when things are beyond the point of no return and we need to bite the bullet and dump the stock...?

judgement, but I am personally not there yet. The company assets are worth more than the stock in my opinion and management is working through the problems. Sometimes value investing requires patience that many people cannot maintain. On the other hand, if you don't have the stomach for it then move on. When I buy a stock I intend on owning it for years and years not weeks, months or quarters. Finally, I don't react to stock prices which are often irrational and emotionally driven. Yikes, Nvidia is going to burn the brakes in 2026. I suspect many semiconductor stocks will crash in 2026.
