The wait time is a factor that has some variables. It could be due to a long line (because it’s a good spot), or due to slow service. Also, it could be the time of day you went to the restaurant that affects it (mid afternoon vs evening has a gap of customers). I’m not sure if this variable is a good indicator as to why you may give higher scores to another chain unless specified.

They don’t actually know how to cook fries. They don’t bathe to get rid of starch. They don’t do an initial quick fry to start, and then they don’t do the last fry at the hottest temp to get that crispy outside.

The reason is because they use fresh potatoes to be peeled in the store and then cut into fries and dropped into a basket then to the fryer...versus frozen pre-cut shoestring fries tossed in a fryer. Frankly I prefer animal style fries over their regular. In N Out fries have 3 ingredients: potatoes, canola oil and salt. McDonalds has like 14 ingredients in their fries mostly chemicals. So there ya go.

Soda machine isn’t leaking. Know what you’re talking about before you criticize. This is why this culture of anyone reviewing any business is lame af. I am no software expert, therefore I have no business reviewing Microsoft, google, or Adobe. Why is any jackass with a camera phone qualified to review a restaurant having never worked in one? Yelp google reviews it’s all putting value on unqualified opinion.

I like in-n-out fries. They taste more fresh and I get to chose how much salt I need on them. Plus they taste once you added ketchup to add some flavor. I get the hate but they’re kind of an acquired taste
