    Females on Captain Morgan's in hallways are around 500% faster (but for only about 6 doorways then they fall down & give a speech about how much they love everyone)

    one I've picked up and don't even know if it works is basically tell yourself that something dangerous like a hippo or smth is running behind you trying to get to you and naturally you would want to avoid that making you go faster also if you want to slow down quicker pretend theres like a ditch or group of hippos ( why do I keep circling to hippos) up ahead so than again you want to avoid that and you'll slow down

    At 13 I got 12 seconds exactly and the way I achieved this is I was using the best running technique and what made me 1st was the feeling that I am running faster. I looked at the guy in front of me and I tried my hardest to catch up to him and when I did, I released the rest of my energy!

    Same feeling, it's darker so you have less of a complete overview of your surroundings and need to focus more on perception. Same thing like the feeling of speed when driving, on a highway 100km/h doesn't feel that fast but on a smaller road that would feel blazingly fast

    I ran a 50 second 300M for a PFT and I felt like I was a turtle. Always thought I was fast but then I looked up average 300 times and it’s like 60-70 seconds so that helped the self esteem a bit

    also I'm not lying when I say this. this is 100% true but I was reaching against my friend right and many time id race him I'd lose but this time when we were racing and I was shoulder to shoulder with him tied up with him and then I felt my self running faster and when I started passing him a bit he slowed down and I won and when I told him I finally beat you he says I slowed down because you shocked me. like it was a static shock
