I tend to agree with STITCHIZ above; really, we aren't shown the item being put into the micro, nor being removed. There's a lot of editing there. End product is gorgeous and scrumptious looking. Each chip is perfect. Too good to be true, perhaps Of course, I could be completely wrong, but I am a Gemini and something of a pessimist.

I think you've misinterpreted my meaning. All I'm saying is the video is legitimately one minute long, just as the title claims the cooking time will be. I'm not saying anything about the "legitimacy" of the recipe or the actual result. Simply that the length of the video takes just one minute of our time. Though I advise getting yourself some proof before making claims that nobody was able to recreate it or that it was indeed oven-baked.

I’ve made this a few times and here is what I learned: - Be a little careful with salt, even a little too much salt can make it taste really salty. - Try adding a little less flour, if it turns out too wet then add more - if you add too much from the start, there’s no going back. - Different Microwaves have different energy outputs meaning that 1 minute maybe a little to less or too much for you - try to play around and get the optimum timing. - Chocolate sprinkles are a great substitute for the chocolate chips but they’re not as great.

ok so those looking for an honest review: i loved it! it tasted rly good, before microwaving my dough was harder then in the video but i just flattened it out and it worked just fine! the chocolate chips melt fully (ones at the top), for me, adding more chocolate chips made it better but ig it’s everyone’s on taste. however it got rly hard after a little bit so u have to eat it rl quick, i give it a 7/10

Tip: add either 1. More butter (little less than 1 tbsp more) 2. I little bit of milk (Didnt measure for this, just a dash) 3. Less flour ( like a quarter tbsp less) This makes the cookie more moist, I like the milk the best as it brings out the flavour a lot more.

For the first time in my life, I achieved a microwave mug recipe. I love it

So good.. I also added a spoon of milk at the end and it tasted great! Great to have when you're up for a quick snack

for anyone wondering how it is/tastes: imo it’s really good, although i only microwaved mine for 50 seconds. this recipe doesn’t really make a lot and be cautious with the salt. also, towards the bottom of my cookie, it got a bit dryer. overall 9/10, would make again :)

I made this 2 times yesterday and now its my go-to snack. Trust me this is super worth your time and I totally recommend making this. It delicious👌🏻**chefs kiss** Edit: it would be less dry if u added a teaspoon of milk, but overall it was amazing

this is the best and only one that acctually worked :D if u have bad flour and sugar put some water in it

I tried it! Heres how it went. This cookie had more of a muffin texture for me. If you only have vanilla flavoring instead of extract, that's fine too! Mine was clear so if yours is, your cookie will come out a little pale. That's also fine! One minute was a bit too high for me and it came out quite dry. Adjust for your microwave, possibly trying a temp of 45 seconds first and if that doesn't work, just do whatever does. Be sure to stir the ingredients well, dont leave any eggshells in (I just bit one). Edit: apparently a lot of people are saying that putting only the egg yolk in without the white changes the texture. I didn't do this and it's just fine, but if you want to experiment that's okay. Go overboard with the chocolate while you're at it, it needs quite a bit for flavor.

This is so good, it is easy too. My friend gave me this recipe and I'm in love. For a little moisture, add some milk to the mug after you cook it.

I tried it, and it’s not only incredibly simple and easy, but also very tasty! My “dough” was a little chunky, so I used a tiny bit of milk and it worked great. Highly recommend you try this, even if you don’t like to cook.

Just made this and finished it so fast it was honestly really good and easy to make

I made this and it reminded me of cookie dough so I added ice-cream on top. HEAVEN. 100% would do it again.

I tried this recipe but I didn't have chocolate chips or brown sugar so I used regular sugar and I substituted the chocolate chips for a snickerdoodle flavor and omg it tasted amazing 🤤

Just tried it, and it tastes really good! The only recommendation I have to anyone who wants to make this is use slightlyy less flour (so around 2 3/4 tbsp) so the cookie is more moist☺️

For anyone who wanted it written down: 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon melted butter 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt *Stir* 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons chocolate chips *Stir* Microwave for 1 minute For everyone saying I copied and pasted from the description: You don’t have to believe me but I actually didn’t, because I didn’t realize it was there until like 3 people replied about it. Changed my life... cant tell me how many times ive made this in the past week :))))))))))

How it went for me: It actually worked but it was a little dry, maybe put it in for less. Someone also said it had a muffin texture which it does. Overall really tasty, I would say put in correct measurements and be careful when you take it out because it is pretty hot😁

Maybe the reason why it was very dry was because of how much watts on your microwave. The watts of your microwave might be higher than what this person's microwave watts are. So I recommend that you by yourself should lower how many seconds or minutes you put it in for. It came out super good for me

If anyone’s looking for feedback: Doesn’t take long, very easy to make, and most people will have the ingredients. Defiantly worth it. It is so good and you should defiantly try it.
