tried these cookies today: i tried the recipe 3 times: first time with white sugar, second time with brown sugar , and third time with half white and half brown. The one with just white sugar was too sweet, and the one with just brown sugar was chewy (which i like). So for the third time i followed the recipe as is but with just 1/2 tablespoon white sugar and 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar and IT WAS AMAZING. Not TOO sweet chewy and delicious for a microwave cookie. Anyway emma i feel like you’re the only youtuber i trust with baking!

Aisha Sehba hi! when i used white sugar on it’s own it didn’t have the color but when i used 1/2 tablespoon of white sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar it had the perfect golden cookie color

I tried this and it kinda worked. I might have added a bit too much baking soda but it’s like a cake and it tastes really good!

Great recipe! I saw a comment that talked about making three smaller cookies instead.. Decided to try that. I ate 2 out of 3 cookies unbaked. No regrets! You can heat treat the flour and remove the baking soda to make this dough 100% edible, I did that the second time around.

My sister, brother, and I made this for dessert tonight and it was delicious! Thank you for the recipe! We also added bits of marshmallows and graham crackers for a s’mores cookies and it was delicious! This recipe was very easy to follow even for my younger siblings- thanks so much :D

This was delicious! I made 2. One with light brown sugar and the other one with dark brown sugar. Both were great!

I tried it with suger and WOW my family were in love with this cookie I made

I loved this! I made an original and healthy. Here's the healthy version recipe: 1 1/2 tbsp Butter 1 3/4 tbsp coconut sugar 3/4 tbsp almond milk 1/3 cup + 1/2 tbsp almond flour 1/8 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt Dark chocolate chips Calories: Around 190!

@@alwaysdisputin9930 The cocoa powder absorbs to much watter, so you need more milk, but if you want chips, you also can use dark pure chocolate, is healthier than eat pecans/nuts, and is not that dificult of found.😉❤️

Ok…. I LOVE THIS RECIPE! I wanted to make cookies my self cause I like cooking and baking with my mom so when I searched up “how to make cookies with microwave” this video popped up and I am watching it right now and I am soooooooo excited to make it 😃

I'll be honest, when I pulled my cookie out of the microwave I thought for sure this recipe was a dud… mine didn't look very much like yours and I was worried it would be tasteless and cakey. But I let it cool and gave it a taste and ohhh my goodness! It's perfectly chewy and sweet and cooked surprisingly well. Thank you so much for this one! ❤️

Mine too so i added the 30 to the 1 min and it was a fail. Im just go stick to the 1 min

I tested this recipe in the oven, 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees F. It turned out incredible! even better than in the microwave which was already good! In the oven, the cookie comes out less bread-y with a lot more of that cookie texture. If you got the extra time, it's worth the extra wait. I prefer this recipe over traditional cookie recipes because 1 giant cookie is exactly what I need for a snack haha

I feel the same way - especially now that i'm older & my metabolism doesn't burn up calories like it used to. This is why i want to use xylitol instead of sugar & cocoa powder (which apparently doesn't have any sugar in it) instead of chocolate. But i'm not sure if it's possible

Holy crap this is the best cookie I've ever had it's so soft and chewy and I love it with the chocolate chunks totally recommend this recipe

I’ve tried this recipe it turned out so good ,the recipe is delicious!

I replaced the chocolate chips with M&Ms and they came out sooo good! Thank You So Much!

I have been making this cookie a few times now and trust me it’s a winner all the way so instant you can finish cleaning up by the time the cookie is in the microwave no mess no fuss and quick as a breeze love it 🥰 thank you beautiful Emma ❤️

I did it yesterday at 01:10am and made my night even better! For those interested in a “healthier” version, I used oat flour instead of common flour and it turned out delicious. 🍪😋

What about a replacement for butter

I love this quick cookie base....today I added some toffee bits, chopped pretzels and white chocolate chunks - so yum!! ...also macadamia nuts and white chocolate chunks are another good combo 🥰
