Your transparency, honesty, simple explanations, and just the way you talk to us is why I think so many people like your channel. It's what has kept me around anyway. Well deserved!

Quality over quantity. That's what I enjoy and like about your channel. Don't burn yourself out because you think you need to shoot x amount of videos to make others happy. Having 1 million subscribers for the small amount of the videos you've posted, speaks volumes to what you are about! I have seen so many others whom I have followed for years end their video time because they finally burned out. Life got in the way and they made the decision to step back. Was it worth it for them to keep pumping out a lot of videos when it interrupted what was happening in their real life? I don't think so, and I really miss them, but life goes on and I wish them well.

Well Dave you made it! I learned a lot from you and your wife. I lived off grid over 20 years. And I'm still learning more. I'm 65 now still building things around my place. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and your life with us. Look forward to seeing more take care of brother. God bless

While you're totally right that anyone can produce videos, you're wrong about anyone being able to get a million subs. We all want a cabin in the woods! You build it alone! Incredible! Hey I wanted to tell you and your wife about a 80v battery stile chain saw, I am 67 and cut firewood every year to heat my house my brother got me one for Xmas. It is so quite, light and can cut a cord of wood with 1 charge! Saves my sore back. You will never look back! Great content and you speak so clearly and explain so much with few words. I hope you make a lot of money and enjoy life a bit more. Carry on
