Auburn and UGA sold out their teams in 2021 and 2023. I suspect its why several players transfered out of Auburn and UGA after the 2021 losses to Alabama. Now, please explain to me WHY WAS FSU EXCLUDED FROM THE 2023 CFP BRACKET??? In 2022, your fan base wanted to a 2 loss Alabma team in the CFP over a 1 loss TCU team. Bama fans are fanatics, and someone needs to tutor your players, on the correct way to pronounce David Pollack; Polock is an offensive, slang English term use to belittle and piss off people from Poland.

@@MrBlarginFlarg He was in the top 10 in passing yards and went 12-1 as a starter with his top WR out for over half the year and the best TE in the country out for almost half the year. The first 3-4 games the Dawgs best 2 RB's were hurt so teams knew they did not have to respect the run at all. He has amazing arm talent and goes through progressions as fast as anyone in the country, so for you say that tells me you know nothing about football.

A lot of people from FSU never felt that Alabama should’ve never been in. Alabama beat the #1 team in the country. No one argued that, but it’s no way the committee puts two teams with one loss over an undefeated team. It’s very disrespectful to the game to ask kids to go undefeated in the power 5 conference and tell them they can’t earn the right for a national championship, where it rightfully should be decided…. on the field!!! Especially, within a year where not one team in college football has been completely dominant all year.

GA never lost a regular season game. To deny them in the playoffs is totally political and irs about the money as usual. Kirby thought they would be in the playoffs so maybe lesson learned.

What a freaking game. The real National Championship Game…

Props for getting one of the most important series when Bama made Georgia run a lot of clock at the end of the game using 4 downs to score. That series allowed Bama to run the clock out with at least one less first down.

UGA run defense was suspect all year, especially against zone read. Bamas talent + zone read run game + physical run game gave them problems.

As a GA fan, I thought Alabama would pull it. I have noticed with playoffs lately that it's about who has momentum at the right time, and Alabama had it. That being said, GA should have still been in the playoffs. I still think the two truly best teams are Alabama and Georgia.

The Heisman isn't decided by the national championship nor by the end of the year.. It's decided right around conference championship week. I'm a Bama fan, but milroe did not have the numbers nor consistency throughout the year. He'll be really good next year but it wasn't his year this year as a first time starter still learning the game.

There will never be anyone worse than an 8 seed to win the natty. You might have a 6-8 seed win once every 10-15 years but for the most part it will still be the top 4.

Bama fan here, and I am still in disbelief and shock that the non transparent committee dropped UGA to the six spot and stuffed a national top team into the Orange Bowl. I don’t care how the figured it, twisted it, or whatever they did, it just ain’t right. They got that WRONG. I guess they looked off into space, hmmm’d and ummm’d their way to “Let’s don’t put Alabama and Georgia in the playoffs.” Especially over - I’m sorry - FSU??? At least FSU never cheated to win and got caught doing it unlike Michigan! Texas isn’t that much deserving either they lost to Oklahoma in the middle of the season. They might’ve beat y’all but it was still early in the season when y’all were still figuring yourselves out. Texas was established and lost to Oklahoma. That’s a no brainer who should be playing FSU and it ain’t GA that’s for true. Glad somebody is out here keeping it honest regardless of what’s already been done. They didn’t wanna see GA vs Bama Natty that’s really it.

Earlier in the season Stephen A Smith said, " it's going to be a long season for Nick Saban and the Tide." They all jumped on the Colorado wagon. Who is laughing now? I have the utmost respect for Kirby Smart and the Georgia program. I will say this, no one would want to see Georgia in the playoffs. This is what I hate about the format.🤬

Side note, girls in the south are so much hotter. Also, congrats Bama.

Great game by Bama who played far from their best game. UGA gave it everything they had and it wasn't even close (Bama could have easily won this game by 2+ TDs if they had a better game). Kirby will need to do some serious changes if he wants to be good again. Beck is an average QB at best and Bobo is a horrible OC. They both need to go and they need to pick up some decent WRs for once.

Georgia had more total yards than Bama. That includes the 4th down call where the ball clearly hit the ground on the Bond no-catch they didn't review. That alone would have given UGA the ball and Bama would not have scored 7 on that drive. Georgia played their worst game of the year and a stupid trick play Bobo called cost UGA a fumble that Bama scored on. Then you had the horrible pass interference called on Starks that allowed a Bama drive to continue and they scored then too. All that and Bama only won by 3 points.

@@cragre28 And Alabama played ultra conservatively once they went up 10 points at half time.... Beck threw at least 2 if not 3 interceptions that Bama decided not to catch.... Alabama's best RB was out...... Alabama was banged up on the DL... we can do this all day. Two pretty evenly matched teams but Alabama was clearly the better team on Saturday.... it is what it is.

Uga has lost their best players for the past 2 years.... I hate that argument against anyone, everyone loses a large percentage of their best players every year, it isn't something new. The high end coaches and teams find ways to stay in contention.

Since Georgia got beat by Bama which was ranked 8th, that means that Georgia got booted out of the top 5, so yes they are making the right decision.

It blows my mind that everyone completely ignores the Texas loss to Oklahoma. That's the worst loss of any of the top 6 teams (actually of the top 8) and it isn't even close.

As an UGA FOOTBALL fan since 1962, UGA had to only beat BAMA in the SEC CHAMPIONSHIP game. Then UGA is in the COLLEGE playoff. It's heartbreaking to see UGA FOOTBALL keep losing to BAMA in THE ATL. Next year UGA will get revenge at BAMA stadium. GO DOGS.🎉

I think it's a crying shame that they're not keeping UGA in the playoffs. Especially since Texas is a 1 loss team. Can't convince me that between Georgia and Texas, Texas is the better team. Georgia losing to Alabama shouldn't have knocked them out of the top 4.

While I agree that Georgia is a top 4 team, it has to be this way. You can't leave out Texas if bama gets in because they beat them straight up. That win has to count for something doesn't it? Obviously you can't select Georgia over bama. If Texas had gone out and looked like FSU yesterday then Georgia would have had a much better argument but that wasn't the case. So the only reasonable solution is exactly what happened.

2 years ago, Bama beat Georgia pretty good in the SEC Championship game. Then a couple weeks later in the NC game, Georgia beat Bama. In my opinion, that didn't make Georgia a National Championship team! Just because they played last and beat Alabama, Alabama had beat them first 3 weeks earlier. Time shouldn't have determined who was the Champion, & who wasn't. In that situation, there should have been one extra game, and what team that wins 2 out of 3, should win the NC trophy!

Love the Georgia hate, 99% of fans making excuses, definitely lost a huge base of bandwagon fans in that game.

Auburn ?!?! Auburn would NEVER give anyone a win, let alone Bama are you even listening to yourself ?!?! Besides, Auburn isn’t the last team we played, Georgia was. So if as you say Auburn GAVE us the win and Georgia fought kicking and screaming, then what light does that shed on the Dawgs ? I’m thinking it’s better instead to accept that you were bested and focus on beating FSU in the bowl game rather than being disingenuous towards your own team with silly/casual comments. What happened in the Auburn game and UGA in the SEC championship game is similar to what happened in the 2021 Iron Bowl and the 2021 SEC Championship games. I smell a SKUNK! There are many people who believe Auburn let Alabama win the 2021 and 2023 Iron Bowls. Based on several illogical plays that were or were or were not called in the 2023 SEC Championship game, even Alabama fans should be questioning these victories. Many people have legitmate reasons to believe Georgia wasn't playing to win the 2021 and 2023 SEC Championship games. My heart goes out to all of the players at Auburn, Texas, FSU, and Georgia. These young men work hard for these programs, and I don't believe NCAA Conference Politics should dictate the outcome of the 2023 CFP playoff brackets. FSU and Texas deserved better. If Alabama was ranked # 1 for 24 months, won 2 national titles back-to-back, were on a 29 game win streak, and were at the doorsteps of a third national title; ALABAMA WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED FROM A CFP PLAYOFF BRACKET DUE TO A LAST MINUTE LOSS. For those who seek the truth, all you have to do is follow the money trail.

There is little chance that Milroe or many other QBs can make the Iron Bowl throw consistently even if the Auburn defense was at home watching the game on TV. To suggest that the well thought out strategic plan to cheat was for Milroe to make an all or nothing throw like that one is just silly.
