Our #’s are very similar to UGA’s (cept sacks as UGA ranks outside the top50) and we didn’t get to play a bunch of FCS teams like they did (or Michigan) to start the season. We sure as hell didn’t give up 21 to UAB….yikes.

@@ZechariahofJudahUGA has the second best talent on defense in the country, right behind Alabama. There’s a reason the SEC voted more Bama defenders All-SEC and 2nd team All-SEC than UGA had. Scary part is the vast majority of our talent are RSsophs or younger and Saban can actually coach a secondary…..

Look how discipline Alabama defense was, I am rewatching it, and they pull up from tackling when the Georgia players were sliding. They have really great control and awareness! This is good coaching, because it could have been penalties.

Some Georgia fans began to believe that they had surpassed Alabama, they thought they had surpassed Alabama but this is a stark reminder that as long as Nick Saban is the head coach at Tuscaloosa, the Crimson Tide should never be written off

@@UglyMob Eh, that's not a given at all. Alabama was easily in field goal range on their final possession and had all 3 timeouts to play with. Even if Georgia makes that Field Goal, all you potentially do is make Alabama kick a walk off Field Goal to win instead of victory formation.

Honestly it’ll be cool if the Committee announces that a twelve team playoff will happen this year. Like there are so many great teams this year, that it would make sense for it to happen. Granted I know that won’t happen this year, but those matchups would’ve been awesome. This game was really good, even though I’m an LSU fan, I can’t help but appreciate Nick Saban and Bama, dude is the best coach ever. Doesn’t matter what players he has, he’ll find a way. Also, so many teams have a case for being the four teams in the playoffs. I’m curious what the committee does. It’s definitely Texas and Bama. Michigan (if they win), FSU(if they win), Washington also, but Georgia lost one game, so they have a case I think, but they lost to Bama and Texas beat Bama lol, idk it’s gonna be exciting either way

You got my vote.. I would be happy with 8 this year and 12 next year, but if they wanted to go to 12 this year, I would be all in for it.. I like the 12 team format because four teams get a bye first go round.. so the top 4 teams play one less game, and probably will come out as winners their first game.. so the chances of a team ranked 5-12 is slim of making it to the final championship game.. and which team would complain about having to play too many games, well we made it to the championship game.. but we really do not want to play it, its too many games.. LOL never going to happen.. they would suck it up..

Good job by Alabama. They were outgained, and outsacked by UGA, but won the battle in the trenches when it mattered. The 4th and 4 play by bond was tough when they showed the ball hit the ground... But the team that wins is the team that steps up in the 4th, and that was Alabama behind Milroe.
