1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples🍎 Healthy breakfast in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour!
Ingredients:
100 g(1 cup) oat flakes
a pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 g(1/4 cup) dried cranberries
30 g(1/4 cup) raisins
add hot water and leave to soak for 5 minutes
1 medium egg
100 g(1/2 cup) greek yogurt
2 tbsp coconut oil/ or melted butter
2 medium apples
chopped nuts
bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C/360°F
