The crepes are quite similar to the ones we make in India with gram flour also known as chickpea flour. In that we add all the veggies and cilantro to the batter and make a thicker crepe and pair it with a dip(called chutney)

What’s you and cabbage? So many of your recipes are around cabbage. Probably it’s a German cuisine thing. Why cabbage, why not lettuce or spinach etc..? I don’t think that cabbage has a lot of nutritional value but I may be wrong.. certainly not more than spinach which has iron etc..

Lentils recipe, sweet potato recipes, chickpea recipe, Spinach, broccoli, zucchini and many more.... all easy, simple, delicious and vegan. Cabbage is very nutritious. It's a versatile vegetable you can cook in many ways! It's good raw, cooked and fermented. Half a cup of cooked cabbage has about a third the vitamin C you need for the day. It also gives you a good amount of fiber, folate, potassium, magnesium, vitamins A and K, and more. The sweetheart cabbage (pointed cabbage) I use in this video is even better than a regular cabbage.
