    I am a little surprised that, for reasons of hygiene, you could be in there without any headgear or mask or other things. I have seen other videos on the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, but it was a little different. The visitors who entered inside had to put on protection, as do the workers who work in production.     @@EuroTrotter But I wasn't talking about the workers inside and the whole production process. They have the protection. I was talking ONLY about you two, as visitors. Visitors usually have to wear protection as well. This is what I meant. You may have misunderstood. :)
