Alabama fell asleep at the wheel. If their DBs weren't terrible, they would have won by much more. Terrible, stupid penalties, too.

As a Gator fan, I'm proud of Florida tonight. Came in big underdogs. Gave the state of Alabama a real scare. I did not expect this game to be so emotional. I'm looking forward to the years to come. Please remember that most are freshmen and still learning. How many freshmen play like these guys? I live in Southern California and am a Bruin fan for ever. Of course we cannot compete with the big boys because of the high academic standards. This was a very good game and I enjoyed watching it. Give the young guys a break. They will get better with experience because the talent is there.

As a an Arkansas guy , it was amazing to watch this game. Had me thinking of bama / uga a few years back when uga had the ball in the end and it was a punch for punch game. Hard to believe LSU beat them and TAMU I can see. UF should be a 2 loss team and the best ranked 2 loss team by far and is no doubt a all time stud offense team. Even the losing qb broke the all The all time champ game passing yards that stood since 96 by a spurrier team!

This Florida team have a lot of fight in them. Great game!

As a Clemson fan, I loved the outcome here. Now Alabama doesn't look quite so unbeatable. Respect to all teams and their fans.

Florida gators were the 2nd best team in cfb this year. Best team we had since 2008. I was so hyped when dean stripped the ball from the tight end. He made the best play all season only to get lit up and turn it back over 2 seconds later. We competed great with bama if things go our way on that given day we could’ve beat them.

A big key in Bamas success (in my opinion) is how fast that D line is.... men two times the size of the quarter and running back chasing them down after the line of scrimmage is just insane sometimes

Im a bama fan but I live in Florida so also a little bit of a Florida fan and from what I have watched the 3 best teams in the country are bama Clemson and Florida.

Idc that Clemson almost lost to Boston college idc that Florida lost to texas a&m and lsu and idc that Alabama has had a shaky defense at times but when these teams are at there best they look unbeatable

Yeah thats true, but we did have two true freshman going against their best receivers. Moore and Branch will be studs in the future though.

I had to come back and watch this bc I miss the Florida and Alabama sec championship matchups

This was the best game of the year across the entire sport. It was a clinic in how to coach at a high level and a clinic in how to choke under pressure as a coach.

Alabama barely beat Florida and Florida was a good team but they could only really pass for an offense while Clemson has better passing and has the best running in college so my money is on Clemson who just crushed Notre Dame and it’s going to be a blowout in champion

As a bama fan I’m 19 after the game I got the heart of a 50-year-old I just lost some years of my life 😭 this game gives me panic attack

Great game for the Tide and the Gators! There were a few spots where I thought Bama would take command, but Florida kept coming back. I am a Gator fan, by the way. @@tonydanielii1026 Don't get me wrong, Pitts is the better player and will have the better NFL career, but up until 5 min left in the 3rd quarter in the game he only had 2 catches for 25 yards. And yeah that triple team TD was nasty. BAMA will most likely win the NATTY

If Florida had a solid defense, Gators would’ve won no question. Sucks that it’s a “what if.” Hats off to Alabama y’all are the most disciplined college team I’ve ever seen
