1.9 million...i dint think so. In PG County, this home is a good 500l to 600k...and no way is Raleigh homes are valued more. Sounds like a campaign to make Raleigh exclusive...not at my expense...
The builder of this property is absolutely greedy. This house is way overpriced. Buyers beware of these types of builders and real estate agents who just want your money at any means necessary.
