This was my favorite episode. The sheer joy that Frieburger showed when Brulee didn't flinch when he asked if he had more nitrous! Man I miss when you guys showed engine masters every two weeks. I looked forward to it. Then u went to subscription only. You guys have taught me so much. Thank you!

No. Trash motor trend for taking this content away from us. Just like roadkill.

how much money for that assembly = $45,000 = i would never want one - just a race motor !
Love how they all got so excited it was like kids on Christmas! Keep the full episodes coming motor trend!
Please, don't stop doing these events. The three of you are great.
I love all your Engine Masters shows, but i'm thinkin' this one is my favorite !
Sometimes I think that I'm ready for the future with electric cars, but then I see an engine like this.
Hmmm.... losing a bit of power... but having flames come out of the exhaust pipe... seems like a fair trade.
the sound of the pull chain light switch still gets me every time=
it was about time you broadcast whole episodes on youtube!! Love it!!
I noticed the manifold temp dropped to 138 degrees F with the 350 hp of NOx. Awesome! I can’t believe that didn’t end tragically. So Awesome!
This is a fantastic episode and with how excited David got it made it all that much more fun. 👍😁👍😁
I respect a full episode every now and then. Thank you for releasing a fully. I understand nothing ain’t free nowadays but episode’s like this ill stay around. 😂
I was waiting for Freiburger to pull a "Finnegan" and say "best day at work, ever". Good job guys.
Gale Banks is screaming at his screen saying “It’s air mass! It’s air mass!”

I think the dyno needs a Banks charge density meter and data logging for it.

@@danielkruger4305 charge density meter is just marketing gimmick. It used to be called charge temperature.
I love it ! I am so glad this is on you tube. Thanks.
Absolutely love this show! Get to see all this cool stuff I can't afford and see what it does with explanation! My favorite gear head show by far!
That was awesome. Thanks for that.
Man it's good to have this pop up in the feed! Have missed Engine Masters!
Yes! So happy someone is doing testing with nitrous and high octane fuel. There’s no one else who has tested methanol or e85 with nitrous
Nice to see Robert Duvall revving a big block. :)
Really exciting video!!
You guys are great!!,good info, you're funny you keep me interested , I always learn from you guys.
You guys are all miles ahead me in engine technology but I really enjoy seeing the results from the dyno testing. I don’t even come close to understanding all of the elements that go into making more power in an engine. Great series.👍👍🇨🇦
Great show thanks Please keep them coming.
Awsome episode 👌🏾 i loved the : wow hes fearless with your engine comment 😂😂😂😂 😆👍🏾
Really enjoyed this episode
I love these Engine Master sessions!!
Great episode! Nice to see Engine Masters back on KZread

Bloody brilliant!
I actually learned something new here thanks guys
Nice to see a full episode. And it was a fun episode
Thank you, very interesting!
Seriously love these guys. They and Powernation are the last of a dying breed of real gear heads.
A true testament to that motors assembly and parts. Throwing all of that at it and it kept taking it is unreal. Go 12:71 and 1700 HP is yours for the taking. Bravo Boyz!
There are no words for how grateful I am for the return to youtube. It stared back in the 70s reading Smokey and now continues. Ya'll have no idea the engine I'm going to build for my wife's Explorer. Actually she has no idea 😂
Best episode to date!
That was awesome, I want that job so bad!
Best episode I've seen sofar keep the mates and fun in it
Thank you for this glorious gift of horsepower.
As usual, some of the best content on YT.

Good show!
Love it!!!
And too think 30 years ago this would have been almost impossible with pump gas. Epic win!
This is the content I’m here for.
That was a fun show.I have an intercooler a/w under my TBS stage 3 8-71 at 10% OD 446" 9/1cr so I can relate to this episode very much.
Wow.. that was fun for me too.
That look good brother
I just seen a Hertz commercial watching your video and it reminds me back in the 60s and the seventies when the kids would go rent a Hertz car and go pull the hemi out of it and put something else in there and take it back and they wouldn't figure it out for months
That's my favorite combo
Awesome! Boost is one thing, and I think Gale Banks explains that pretty good. For this test, increasing the overdrive ratio of the roots blower, I think we see a twofold effect: 1) Increased temperature, so less dense air. 2) Severely increased parasitic loss just from driving the blower. Would have been interesting to see nitrous on e85 with the "happy hour" pulley setup. Roots is good for response, but for big power there are better boost techniques available. You have to decide what you want.

Yes I think people have forgotten what these superchargers were originally designed for and how long they have been around there is more efficient and improved designs on the market now maybe not so cool looking though 😎
Impressive 🙂
"He is completely fearless when it comes to your engine!"
All these guys are Clarkson-level National Treasures.
That was great fun. You must have a stout bottom end in that 555 Freiburger. Broulee didn't flinch on the big nitrous either. Dulcich was right, you were like a little kid in a sweet shop.
One of my favorite shows, along with Roadkill, and Faster with Finnegan.
I wish I could triple like this. You could pick up 20 HP if you polish the blower. I have the same NOS setup on my 6-71 blown Chevy I6 292. Thank you for your time.
Appreciated
59 seconds into this video and I'm like oh this is gonna be good!!
Boost level is also a measure of restriction, like said in this vid. If you do head work and increase flow efficiency, you can actually make markedly more power at lower boost level. It feels a little counterintuitive on it's face, but if you think about it further, it's really just common sense.
If I'd be closer, I'd offer to help out. Montreal Quebec here. Job well done.
Luv da moon mode stuff...
My centrifugal C6 Corvette is at 750 wheel, has been for years. This video makes me want to do something stupid, thanks guys!
So sick
Those Steves are SO COOL ! And one is almost my age !
I'd like to see what yall can do with a Steve Morris SML or SMX block and heads. Beast mode!
Awesome episode! I would love a parts list & cost breakdown!

I'd say that whole deal there could be done for right around 25k! Just the blower setup alone with belt & pulleys is probably around 6-7k! Then the engine itself with the block, head's, forged guts, prolly around 15k! But you could save some here and there if you could find some used goodies. To go fast costs a lot of money!
Mmmmmmm! Big block Chevy + Blower , my favourite flavour 👍👍👍👍😎🇦🇺
Would like to have seen what methanol would have done for the numbers
Robert Duvall loves the smell of nitrous in the morning.
I love this show, roadkill and hot rod garage, but because of the app I can’t see it anymore over here in Belgium.
Wow just wow
More of this on YT please! :)
Definitely a favorite video! Now if we could get a BIG BANG BBC!
Friberger and his 1980s street slang ' put some stank on this thing '
need those headers just pointing directly out the side of something with the blue flames just peaking out. Thats great
