They are nice 👍 but super expensive I take it CMC are metal and CMR are resin The resin models damage easy and sometimes don’t have many opening parts doors ect

CMR is all Diecast, i have never seen a resin CMR.

You can't compare cmr with cmc, cmc is much much much more detailed like you see here and diecast metal.

How come the motor is on a side angle. ?

It is correct, this model and the Lancia D50 were monted this way in the chassis to allow the driveshaft, which was rotating in concert with the crankshaft revolution, to bypass the driver cabin. The engine was tilted off the longitudinal axis by 12 degrees to the left which allowed the driver to sit really low improving the centre of gravity and overall aerodynamics of the car.
