One thing that might be tough to see, is that the entire front face of the motors rotate. So yes, some precision is required to glue the adapter part, but you don't need to think that you can only get glue on that center spindle.

Glad to see what direction that Small tube connection piece goes on first! As it wasn't mentioned in the instructions! Not how to glue it either!!

@Star Trek Model Kit Previews There seems to be a design flaw in the lighting kit and nacelle area. The motor, which generates heat when left on for awhile, has apparently damaged my bussard collector LEDS. With these glued in with those motors, and LED's do not like heat, it drastically shortened the life of my LEDs. Such that about 3 days after finishing the kit and running it for several hours, the LEDs barely glow at all now. All 8 LEDs have dimmed at the same rate, which seems to point to the heat of the motors damaging the LEDs here. The entirety of the rest of the model's LEDs are fine. I've written to Polar Lights about the problem, their reply was they have not heard of any issue with this light kit but sent it to their engineers. I doubt I'll hear any followup from them at all.

Love the Video's on the Discovery Enterprise... My Question is can the Motors in the Nacelles Fans run on 9 to 12 Volts ?

I would not try it, 9v would be twice the voltage they are running on now.

although if you could make the wiring work, you could run them in series off of 9v.
