SO many older tutorials for Toon Boom Harmony use multiple pivot positions on different drawing swaps. In most cut-out rigs, you want to never ever ever touch the Drawing Pivot tool in the normal tools toolbar. You want to use the Rotate tool in the Advanced Animation toolbar to set a single pivot position on your pegs. We add keyframes to the pegs to get them to show the drawings in the proper place on the screen, then we create an empty drawing swap and draw what we need right there so that when we swap the piece, the piece will stay in place. Again, I recommend to never use the Pivot Tool unless you have been a rigging artist for a long time and you have special need to do something unusual with the rig. Please ask questions if this doesn't make sense. I feel this concept is extremely important, but my explanation may not be the best.
