It's very easy. Take part of her words and act as if she said something sexual to you. Then repeat back the misinterpreted phrase as if that's what she really said.

Best way to practice is either with friends or to try Todd's "Sex with me is like" game. Ever have friends say things like "That's what SHE said!" After saying something mildly suggestive? Or "I'd like to X her Y!" after a seemingly benign statement? You can turn just about anything into a sexual innuendo just by being playing with the words or the inflection. "I hate that shirt" could be responded with something like "wow, you must really want me to take my clothes off"
