Wow Jane, that's a great Kongfu fan performance. I've learnt it for many years yet has not been able to execute the movements well. Yours was smooth & energetic.

I've seen a male Master perform this from, and it looks completely different, doing the exact same steps. Express what is in you, and make it your own 🙂🙏☯️

This is a modern competition form Helmut. It is called the Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan Form. It was choreographed by Master Li De Yin. It is a blend of styles, just like the 42 competition form.

To be sure, there are many athletes much better than me. There will always be those who put us in shadow. I practice for joy and health. To try to be best is a fool's game.
