Athletic Bowling

Athletic Bowling

Athletic Bowling is the brand that aims to become the true representation of millions of bowlers around the world who want recognition as athletes. Bowling is surely a tough sport to practice and even harder to master. That’s why it is so frustrating for bowlers when someone doesn’t recognize Bowling as a sport, or when they are not recognized as athletes. Becoming an elite bowler requires mental and physical strength, conditioning, flexibility, and a world of experience.

Take the opportunity to join this historic movement to support the recognition of the sport we practice and love, Bowling!

Watch this with the audio muted. The music is incredibly annoying.

Bowling alleys have balls that typically don’t have a core so they don’t have the right ball to hook with. Also it can take up to years or even more to be consistent and have the release down. So if you want to do this you have to really want to put the effort in, such as getting lessons and most importantly your practicing. Bowling is not like riding a bike where it all just comes back if you take a long break. In fact if you take a decently long break the ball might not be right for you anymore

Unless you are bowling a tournament, you will need to be quicker with your set up, but at the same time, take a little more time with your release. It looks like you may have late timing, which is causing you to rush your release.

Any ball you purchase will eventually need to be replaced. Bowling balls have been designed this way.

Couldn’t you give it more entry angle to have the ball go thru the pins better?

Only one guy missed! How can someone learn to bowl like this from a late start? I'm 60 now. Been bowling like horrible the worst for 30 years. Can't fix my arm swing from pulling to the left. These guys are the best of the best and always have been. Not even Brad or Kyle Sherman can bowl this good. Someone please teach me... Parker, please??? Pete?, Jason??? I need serious help.

Thankyou for your video. I have a question: Where do you look (aim) before and and at the release do you look at the pins or the arrows on the lane? Could you do a video on where to focus your eyes during an approach

So your local bowling center allows you to put tapes with adhesives on the approach to practice?

How to throw a hook. Well, if you can't do it with one hand, just do it with two as it is much easier. This is why there are so many two handed bowlers. It takes much more skill to do what E.J. Tackett does.

The man with the Number-7 shirt had the quietest delivery. I swear I don't think that ball was even an inch off the floor when it left his fingers. Nothing wrong with his speed or revs though.

This is a good explanation, but it doesn't mention that you absolutely have to develop the finger, hand and wrist strength to turn the ball like the guys in the video. You also need the technique, but "just anyone" can't do what the bowler in the video is doing simply by learning the release. The average person can't possibly turn the ball like this pro is doing without some serious work.
