  My mom would always compare me to "normal" kids because apparently, I'm not "normal" because I'm on the spectrum. Because of this, I began to question how others viewed me. I began to question how severe my autism really was. When I was a kid, doctors and teachers told me that I would never go to college. I became very depressed. I thought I was a weirdo. I thought I was a mistake. I thought I was less intelligent because I have slower processing speed. I would cry when I was 9 because everyone, including my mom, would keep telling me that I am not capable of being successful. I proved them wrong.

  Hopefully this is obvious but… this is rly bad, outdated advice 😂. The only thing that’s good is the water but that’s not rly gonna do much for an itchy scalp. The first thing I’d recommend is figuring out if u have actual dandruff, caused by overproduction of oil/sebum or if you have “dandruff” that is just dry flakes caused by a dry scalp, i.e. the exact opposite of an overproduction of oil. The best indicator is typically the size and color of the flakes; small and white indicates dryness whereas large and off-white to yellow indicates dandruff/oiliness. Hopefully this helps someone 😊

  my bipolar friend has been hospitalized and has the diagnosis but will never talk about it--he hides it like an addiction. He likes the mania. He literally pounds coffee to bring it on . After 8 years of friendship, I have to end it. I can't take it anymore.

  I just gave up on my BP special friend. I could not handle it another moment. I grew up with an addicted parent, and the mood swings were just too triggering for me. I, personally, could not handle it--tried for 8 long years. Very sad.

  It is crazy to open up a blank journal and just start writing on some random page. If you wish to normalize things, usually when confronted with two blank pages within an empty journal. The normal thing is to start writing on the left blank page first somewhere towards the front of the journal to give it some sort of organization to locate your list later on. I believe your thought process is correct but your execution of documenting ideas is done very poorly.

  My sister almost died the rushed her to madison,wiscousin and they caught it in time the town i lived in had her on the brink of death because they had no clue what was going on with her they knew it was bad . They told the family she is the sickest person in that hospital and the sickest person they ever treated . She was in the hospital 2 weeks and releases 3 days ago and now back at the hospital because the infection is starting all over again . Its really to get this
