What I like about his teaching and skill is that it has come from real world training. Not competition or just in school skills, but real encounters that most people will hopefully never encounter. He has, thereby knowing what can work and sharing his skill and knowledge will improve yours. Respect

Intelligence is non-negotiable..... Let's take a boxing trainer versus a professional boxer who makes his money exclusively from boxing. Who would win in a boxing match? Definitely a professional boxer. Principle understood? You want to compare a professional MMA fighter who trains from morning to night and gets in the ring with people who don't train at that intensity. But let's assume there is a preparation period and no cage fight with a judge. Who would win then? ---> NO IDEA! A real fight is not predictable and is not fought with minutes of BJJ ground fighting on the asphalt.

Sigung first broke Karen's point of balance ( stance ) then easily could attack through defences. She was wrong in thinking he was looking for a weak point in the guard etc. I think at that point in her training she did not have a good understanding of wing chun

This is a good overview of Latosa Escrima. Now that GM Rene has passed on, videos like this help keep the art alive. Emin really got the fighting essence of the art. But then he was a freakin' beast in his prime.

I’m no Kung Fu Expert, but I can definitely see from the Power, Fluidity, and control, even to the most subtle of his movements, such as how balanced he was in his stance from his Kata( Or SHADOWBOXING) techniques. Not once did he come off balance, and his weight was EVENLY DISTRIBUTED. It only means one thing………. 🤔
