My wife (Tracey) and I founded Boulder Motorcar Company to further fuel our passion for classic cars and trucks. Some of our dearest friends have come from people we met through the car hobby
We buy, sell, and service the very vehicles we love. This is a small, niche type business on purpose. We want to preserve the quality of product and customer experience. This is not a "puppy mill" type facility. When you contact us to discuss a car for sale, purchase, or repair.......you will be talking to us. No salespeople, no tour guides, no smoke and mirrors.
If you are currently looking to buy or sell a classic automobile, you have found the right partner for the endeavor. Through running this business, our goal is to establish long standing, personal relationships with our clients. After all, we have always found the most appealing aspect of car collecting to be the people who participate within it.

Thats real beauty man! Love that model looks stunning and sounds amazing
Truly one of the prettiest muscle cars ever built, in my opinion, absolutely stunning example right here. And man, you can drive!
how much would you take for it?
SS, ?. Looking clone or dealer ss
Original SS. Documented with it's POP as an original L78 4 speed car
What happened to the L78 motor? I thought you mentioned putting heads back on it, when and why the switch to the L88, especially on a 37,k mile car? Beautiful car love to know history and of course story about owning it 3x now lol. What s great sound when you went through the gears, , btw Rockcrusher ? Sound on my phone so - so but thought it sounded like M22. Thanks again!!
Hey Jeff! I have the original motor for the car. I freshened that last year when I freshened the L88. I have all owner history back to the original owner. The car does have an M22 in it. Thanks for the interest!
First year for radial tire option. In conjunction w/chassis & suspension upgrades for '73, a much more silent, responsive, & comfortable ride was realized w/radial rubber @ all 4 corners. An easily-realized improvement over the 1972 Stingray.
Always wanted one from high school..
That sounds good when you give it some 😂❤
Feels good too;)
Beautiful classic Vette. Unique color. Love it.
Better than nice.
My last 427, had 11.25-1 compression with RPM performer heads, a custom hydraulic roller, .585/.585 with .245/[email protected] Holley Strip dominator and 850 carb with 2" hooker headers, made 550 HP and 513 TQ was done by 6000 rpm.
Very nice vet. See if you can get the the headlights to open and close together. Then, get back to me. Very interested. Thank you. Best Regards,
I love the interior and especially yhe clear top!
Corvette c3 - pure art on 4 wheels.
No way that’s an original 11k car! Look at the wear on the clutch pedal…if you could see it that fast. Nice try though!
Greatest engine ever, just my opinion
I have a 69 L-88 crate engine short block with a 1973 casting date. I bought a set of 074 aluminum open chamber heads about a year later. I ran it in my 68 Camaro for a few years and replaced it with a LS7 454. The L-88 has been sitting in my build room for about 30 years.
Lovely car.
Thank you!
My only regret in watching this video is.....I can't afford to BUY IT!
When you replace what was dried out, belts, hoses, door and window seals, blown bulbs with OEM parts…..is it a survivor or ???
Absolutely it is. Items such as drivetrain, paint, interior, chassis finishes, dated components, etc. are what make up a "Survivor". Other items that you listed are what are considered to me maintenance items. If this car is still in my possession next year, it will go through the same judging process's my 70 LS5 Coupe did (NCRS 4 Star Bowtie, Bloomington Gold Benchmark, MCACN Triple Diamond, and Vintage Certification Time Capsule)
I have a survivor 73. No way this is all original. Weatherstrip is new too.
You are certainly entitled to your thoughts. But, I have been around Corvette's all my life. While this is abnormal, it's not unheard of. The weatherstrips (and the glue beneath) is all original. The car has been carefully stored and cared for. The weatherstrips on my 8900 mile 70 LS5 (4 Star Bowtie / Bloomington Benchmark, MCACN Triple Diamond, Vintage Certification Time Capsule) car is much the same as this 73.
Yes
It would be a shame to drive it.
Driving the car is a wonderful experience. Besides, it's also one of the best ways to maintain it;)
I have a 1973 454 Auto corvette Elkhart Green
These are ugly cars
and Happy Easter to you as well!
Beauty is in the eyes of your mother.
It is NOT original paint since the bumper has been replaced and painter and does not even match the rest of the car and it is NOT untouched since parts have been replaced.
As many that know these cars, the bumpers do NOT stand the test of time. They are fragile and brittle in the BEST of conditions. Furthermore, the paint match was poor when the cars were new. Regarding the parts in the car, I suppose you are correct in a sense. But, the car has been maintained in excellent running condition. A few items that have been replaced are the byproduct of a 50 plus year old automobile. I merely pointed out what has been done, and properly represent the car. Regardless, the car is wonderful and original example, that would be successful in any BG, NCRS, and MCACN judging discipline(s).
Car is beautiful one year wonder chrome in the back rubber in the front
Hermoso Auto 😊 lo venden 😊 ahun esta disponible? Les mando un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo desde Puebla 😊 México 👋.
Unbelievable beauty! I fell in love!
Sweet survivor car. Just looked it up. Too bad they are one of those "call for price" places.
Many people that purchase cars from me do not want the price out there. The price only concerns the buyer and myself.
As a former owner of a new 68 Camaro with the same trim, I am eating my heart out. I am happy for you.
Something real cool about the genre of a car back in 73, this Corvette, ONLY has the one outside mirror on the driver's side and of course you set it by hand. No passenger mirror. They carried that through 1974 at least. The way the body of the Corvette was, is that the mirror had to have a really tall arm on it to carry the quarter panel. That is how things were back then and I love it!
Passenger-side mirror was an option.
@@justme307It sure was and I bet that most didn't order it either.. My buddy's Mom had a 74 454 car with only the one mirror on it.....
5 owners and I bet each one of them made money on the car. Its beautiful. For my collection, needed less ownership however
I have a 73 coupe but not like this stunning car and L82. One of the best engines ever.
An L82 isn't even in the top 10 of "best " Corvette engines
L-82 engines had deep groove pulleys on the alternator, water pump pulley and crank pulley. I think the alternator has been changed and thus the deep groove pulley is gone. Check the fan pulley, it seems not to be correct but hard to tell on the video. I have a similar '76 and this car is beautiful. Very nice.
The car most certainly has its original dated alternator and assembly line pulley's. The belts are parts store replacements, and probably sit higher in the pulley's giving that illusion.
@@bouldermotorcar The alternator pulley were not the usual stamped piece but is turned from solid piece of steel. All the solid lifter engines in any of the Chevy products had these as well either small blocks or big blocks. They were also slightly larger in diameter. Also my car has a tach with a 6000 rpm redline but no A/C. It looks like this one has a 5500 redline if I'm seeing it right. Hard to tell for sure. Perhaps because it has A/C.
WHAT A CAR!!!!
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING SURVIVOR CORVETTE L82 BEAUTIFUL CAR.
The ugliest generation of Corvette... until recently 😁
Actually c 3's are one of the best if not the best looking corvette body styles ever made 100's of thousand's will agree.
@@johnnychally Agree with you. C1s and C4s are not my favorite, but I wouldn't bag on them as there are plenty of folks who own and are enthusiastic about their cars. C5 owner here.
I had one in Elkhart green. Was a pain to work on . Primative suspension, cramped interior, no trunk. Not my favorite GM muscle car.
"That" is f***ing beautiful."
OMG Beautiful!!!!
73' first year of the "govt f..d up the chrome" and downgraded the horsepower. nice survivor car but 72 and back is a "real" corvette. fyi, had a 73 one time and 3 69's.....plastic (endura) front bumper.....suck. replaced mine w/fibreglass.
From what I read Corvette enthusiast consider the 1974 as the last real Vette as it had dual exhaust and no catalytic converter.
unless chrome is your favorite color
What’s price?

Too much
It's never posted you have to call...
Nice! Not my color, but I really love the original rally wheels and correct size tires. So many classic cars have been ruined with 30" ghetto wheels without tires.
Thanks Gerald. I must admit, the color has grown on me. It really pops in the sun. I get plenty of complements on it. It certainly speaks to the early 70's! I am a purist at heart for these car. Gotta have the right wheels and tires;)
Beautiful car and since nothing is mentioned about the transmission or axle then it should be the standard transmission which was the M20 Wide Ratio with the 3.36 axle which was the standard setup with air conditioning and a nice combo. Other ratios were 3.55 or 3.70 and there was also the M21 Close Ratio transmission which was also available.
This particular car is an M21 3.55 ratio. Overall, the combination of rear gear and the M21 make for a really nice package behind the L82. I appreciate the interest!
@@bouldermotorcar Ok I assumed when you posted the other options that the M21 and optional axle ratio would have shown up. And on the 73 Power Teams chart the M21 with 3.55 and A/C does not show as being available. With A/C it shows M20 standard with 3.36 and 3.55 optional. With the optional M21 it comes with a 3.70 and that's it. You have paperwork showing different?
What are you asking for it?

great numbers with the point bounce and especially that factory dual plane intake- Nice work!! Any head porting done?
The bowls were worked in order to blend into the 2.30 intake valve. The intake divider was removed to emulate the factory L88 intake. Real basic old school package. Careful machine work and assembly. That's all
Absolutely beautiful car. I love the color. This car has REAL fuel injection. NO computers. The '82 had ELECTRONIC fuel injection, controlled by computers. Night and day difference. EFI is rubbish.
That would be nice to have❤❤❤❤❤
that sound around the 4:50 .........angels singing
Pls post numbers do they may be seen.
