  Jang Han-Seo's character development and redemption arc reminded me of Justin from 13RW, they were both broken and hurt people who made some mistakes but later on become the best version of themselves when they found genuine love and care, they both found their "brothers" by the end of the show but sadly weren't alive to cherish them.

  Ayer terminé de ver la serie. Tiene muy buena producción y excelentes actores. Pero, quedé muy molesto con la narrativa y caracterización que se hace del chico gay. Por tanto, tanto el libretista como el director fueron lamentables en ese punto. Presentan a un personaje vulnerable, lo cual en verdad es, pero sin el menor respeto. Es Vincenzo (el personaje) quien le pone la trampa y es Vincenzo (tan macho) que lo agenda como "odioso", es Vincenzo quien abusa de las vulnerabilidades del personaje, es Vincenzo quien siente repudio y asco por él completamente desmesurado, es por tanto el libretista y el director que hacen del chico gay un personaje lamentable y estereotipado al cual se le falta totalmente el respeto. A él y a cualquier persona gay o no gay. Como corolario, todavía hacen que entregue la vida para defender a quien lo manipuló y repudió. En definitiva, ese chico es el único héroe y hubiera merecido mejor tratamiento dentro de la trama. Lo acusan de maltrato pero es constantemente maltratado, y no se sabe si todos los maltratos que han sufrido sus parejas no son producto de la alimaña de su hermano o madre. Puede un chico lleno de terror llevar adelante aquello de lo que se le acusa? Muy difícilmente. El no es como su familia. De hecho entrega la vida por alguien que amó. Y aunque fuera posible, su personaje merecía mayor profundidad y respeto. NETFLIX, tienes que cuidar éstos aspectos!
