You are the only pregnant woman I know that is able to do a Deca event in the 3rd trimester. You are an anomaly! 🤩

Darn, didn’t realize YT had changed that. Thanks for letting me know!
Thank you so much for this very clear and helpful explanation
No problem!💜
God i hate one legged lunges

Hi Mam! I hope you are very well. Your video-making is very good. Your content ideas are so good. I saw on Your video that it is not SEO-friendly; the KZread algorithm doesn't know which audience to show them to. If you give me permission, I will work on your channel and increase your Subscriptions & views on your channel. I will work on your video title, Description, Thumbnail, Video ranking TAG & Channel ranking TAG. When I will work on it, KZread will show your video on the first page & you get lots of Subscriptions & views. Can I work growing on your KZread channel? Best Regards. Monir
Thank you for this video. The mini-lunge technique for the dead ball shoulder over saved a lot of time and effort! I can’t quite get the ball to land in the exact same spot but I’m working on it!
That’s awesome, glad it’s improved your efficiency! Yeah, getting that consistency just comes with doing the reps over time. Keep up the awesome work!🔥
Thank you for this video 🌹🌹🌹
No prob! Hope it helps🔥

Thank you for this video 🌹

No contest. As an Apple watch user since 2016, Garmin Instinct 2 has been a game changer. The GPS/Navigational features motivate me to go and get lost in the wilderness and I don’t have to worry so much about battery life.
Ok, so I found you with your Apple v Garmin video. But I was really interested in Zone training. Love your videos! So say hello to your newest subscriber!
Hey there! Glad they’ve been helpful! Let me know if you have any video ideas, I’m always down for suggestions!
@@katiegarrisonfitnessthank you so much! Have list 60 lbs after thinking that I was too fat to exercise. But then bounced back 20 lbs. will not let myself get back there, but struggling to lose the 20. Ugh.
Sorry, I’m the same person with 2 accounts, and it somehow switched to my other account! 🤣
Thank you so much for the information👍
Nice 👍🏼
Good tips😊
The burpees w/ rams now require a lockout at the top of the movement, daylight over the head is no longer sufficient.
That’s right, I made a whole video on the Jan 24 rulebook updates. You can check it out here! kzread.info/dash/bejne/oWmXutuxddOqnNI.htmlsi=BaJbEAP8-RmYCSyr
Do you have charge the MZ1?
Nope, the MZ1 has a watch battery. It’s not rechargeable, so once the battery dies, you have to replace it.
This was great. Ty! How much weight is it on level 2?
No problem! Since both the Torque & Xybex are magnetic resistance, the resistance varies based on how fast you push/pull. Torque has a helpful chart on their FAQ page here so you can get an idea in lb! www.torquefitness.com/pages/tank-faq
Scroll to “Q: How do the TANK™ resistance and difficulty levels work?” For the chart!
Thank you so much!
weird thing that noone say about garmin app - that it's amazing at gamification, you have plenty of challenges and badges on different types of activities, even good sleeping!
Just moved from Apple to Instinct. First battery life on Apple in gps mode is useless in long runs or all day hikes. Second, while rings a mostly good, I became obsessed with consecutive days and wouldn’t take necessary days off (my issue, not Apple’s. I love the Garmin, and will not go back to Apple unless they seriously improve battery life with comparable priced watch.
I totally get that! I just got myself a Garmin Venu 3S & I already love the battery life increase! The rings were nice, but I don’t miss them haha
your dog is playing offended
Haha he sure was!
please check audio levels in your video, i had to turn up volume to hear you talk, and then music blared at 110decibels
Thanks for the feedback, will do!
Video was very informative tho 🎉

Do these products detect Atrial Fibrillation?
No, MZ bands are for fitness gamification and basic tracing only, they don’t test for beat abnormalities. Some fitness watches have that feature, but if you’re concerned about an abnormality, definitely contact your cardiologist.
thank you. i am interested in taking this class at my gym and it looks so intimidating. Thank you so much from Indianapolis.
That’s awesome! I teach a few at my local gym & I love how you can choose whatever weight you need at each station or modify the move however you need to. You should definitely try one, there’re super fun!
Garmin is more like a tool. The Apple watch is more like your phones assistant. An instinct 2 can last months in the right mode. If your a hiker etc. Thats the way to go. The military does use Garmin as well. I've had em both. Sleep tracking is worthless on anything that dosent last a week as the constant need to recharge before bed kinda renders it uselss. In any survival situation etc. The Garmins is just about the only watch that will be useful as well. Do you want the ability to use Apps. This is where Apple wins. But honestly I never used all those goofy apps on my wrist. We have phones for that. Youll find the Garmin just becomes more useful in most situations. Fitness wise they are both good. Garmins has constantly kept getting better. Preference here. Some people may prefer Apples interface. When it comes to settings and preferences etc. The Garmin can almost be overwhelming just about everything can be Tweaked even for individual Activitys. The Apple watch may be easier for some due to this. My take! Is once you go Garmin you wont go back. It just keeps on ticking like a Rolex or Energizer bunny. Then again it depends on the person too. I deliver 40lb 5 gallon water bottles as well constantly running up and down driveways with 40lbs in each hand driving a CDL truck. Redwing shoes last a few months in some situations. Garmin wins here as well. I cant scratch the thing. Back when I was in sales. The apple watch was nicer looking in the dress uniform. They both shine. In the end I just wound up sticking with Garmin.
To finish a hyrox your muscles must be made of titanium and have a turbocharger instead of a heart. Well done. 93min30s is excellent
Haha thanks!
If you don’t know what Hyrox is, here’s a race summary for reference! 1 Km run 1000 m Ski 1 Km run 50 m Sled Push 1 Km run 50 m Sled Pull 1 Km run 80 m Burpee Broad Jump 1 Km run 1000 m Row 1 Km run 200 m KB Farmer Carry 1 Km run 100 m Sandbag Lunges 1 Km run 75-100 Wall Balls (Weights & wall ball reps depend on division)
Thank you
That’s why people should be getting the Garmin instinct 2X tactical solar edition, and when you are not in the army training or going on a adventure just wear an Apple Watch 8 or 9 series or a Seiko five
Hi! Can you please link part 2?
Sure! Part 2: kzread.infoiFAKMpYUWhY?feature=share
Congratulations to you both!
Thanks!😁
Bowling RAMs! 🎳🐏😂😂😂
Great overview. However, let's be honest. The people who do jump lunges aren't doing them "by accident." And this is a critique of DEKA, not your video, but adding a rep line does nothing to combat jump lunges. You can just as easily start the next rep before finishing the previous rep, line or not.
Thanks! Yeah, I see your point. Hopefully it’ll make folks more intentional about foot placement, we’ll see how it works out this competitive season!
Congratulations! 🥳
Thanks!😊
Can you be normal at gym before that like deadlift 300?
Before my ACL tear my 1RM’s were different for sure, a major injury like an ACL tear takes a lot of time to recover & come back from.
This is the truth! That's why carries are in my top 10 exercises of all time.
The last detail about pressing the ram above the head is the one that is really going to make a difference, especially as it's the last exercise.I'm off to the gym to do some military presses 😢
Haha for real! Good luck at your next race!
I don’t understand why people care so much about their heart rate. If you are running I will spoil it for you… It will be higher than your average heart rate. If you are resting your heart rate will be lower than your average heart rate while awake.
I had a family member with heart disease, so heart health is important to me. I have the Apple Watch because it can detect irregular heart beats. It can also record EKGS so that I can see if I’m experiencing PVC or irregular heartbeats to then share with my health care provider.
Yea... it's definitely a lot more than that 😂. You may want to educate yourself a little bit before commenting again
@@hewster1 please do educate me. The results is nothing going to give you a medical intervention. Atrial fibrillation is treated by anti coagulation medications unless symptomatic which you would feel it without a watch, so hospital will be needed. Irregular heart rate of PVC if not frequent doesn’t need medical intervention. Caffeine can cause PVC, hint stop drinking caffeine… Tachycardia? You would feel it. Wouldn’t need a watch to tell you, but if you have decrease sensation to the heart related to diabetes then sure this may benefit you. Most of the population isn’t in this category. Issues with bradycardia then sure you may need the watch, but again if you read the fine print of these devices they show their readings are not meant to be based for medical advice. So their readings can be inaccurate and you should be taking medications based on its resiltd
@@hewster1 It's really not. Unless you have problems with atrial fibrillation or irregular heart beats then the heart rate is completely useless. I will explain it to you this way based on the results (given you are healthy) what is going to be the intervention based on you Heart rate? Metoprolol is given to lower heart rate, but again if you are a normal healthy individual its not going to be helpful.
@@TankTheSpank Knowing heart rate zones for specific workouts is very beneficial as well as analyzing heart rate throughout the day during specific activities to understand how your body reacts.... or do you think those studies being done by mayoclinic to this day are useless? (they use essentially the same monitors, and yes, I have worked with them in a professional environment for them to gather data). Additionally.... why do you care if people care? I am sure there are numerous things you are "obsessed with", one of them is likely trolling youtube comments. That being said, you comment on things while refusing to apply logic or doing some research before commenting. I suggest you do both to prevent further embarrassment.
I sold my Apple Watch 8 when I purchased the Venu 3 and have not regretted it one bit.
Great video 👊🏼. Thank you for all your support.
Great comparison of two watches being on the very opposite ends of smart-fitness spectrum. Garmin Instinct is super task focused, limiting the smart-watch features to the minimum, great for extreme sports such as surfing, mountain running, triathlon(Instinct 2) etc, no wonder that its used by special forces. Meanwhile, apple watch is an office smartwatch, that focuses on looks, notifications, great screen, widgets and other smart features. And even if its sport features are an afterthought, it really makes the best out of its capabilities in this regard.
Have an Apple Series 9 and it sucks!!! Getting the Garmin Instinct Crossover Solar or the Casio H2000 now that is supports Apple Health and Strava.
