I don’t give a shit
That's a sweet 68 Pontiac driving P.J around.
LoTRs saved me from constant sadness and despair because of that one tragedy. It was a gift, brought to us when we needed it the most! 😭🙏🤴
WHERE WERE YOU THE DAY THE KING RETURNED!?
After 23 , 22 to 21 years. Peter Jackson’s lord of the rings changed cinema history. I didn’t watch lord of the rings until I was 9 years old in 2004 . They’re so amazing and incredibly well done. The books by Tolkien are still the best
Perfect Down to the last Nazgul.
lord of the rings, King Kong are my top favorite movies since I was a kid 20 to 19 years ago.
The entire country was behind helping Peter Jackson including the government and the New Zealand Army
👍🏻❤️😊✨️🎉
👍🏻❤️😊✨️🎉
I am crying from the moment the soundtrack starts playing until the end. There is something majestic and mystic about the LOTR that other movies haven't. This trilogy is still my number-one movie of all time and up until now, no other film has surpassed or even matched the grandeur of Lord of The Rings.
Peak of humanity right there
Liv Tyler is a remarkable beauty ❤
What a beautiful country and people <3
Bräute erlauben
Aragorn, Gandalf, Legolas, Faramir, Gimli, hobbits, Arwen, gollum (smeagol) are my favorite characters in LOTR TRILOGY. LOTR 123 the best movie of all time💯❤❤❤❤❤❤🌞 2023 until the end of time still the best no one can compared.
those movies....
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and King Kong are my top four favorite films directed by Peter Jackson.
Whenever I hear someone say they are going to make the greatest movie ever made, I’m unaffected, simply because it’s already been done!!!
20 years damn
why are we regressing. It took just a few years to make movies that will be timeless but today we just cant.
Some CG didn’t age well but their passion for the film is outstanding
I was there, just a couple of feet away from the parade.. a day i’ll never forget.
The day of the premiere they flew the LOTR cast all over New Zealand I remember playing tennis outside that day and seeing their plane above they were flying around my city for a good few minutes before moving onto the next city.
Those sounds... the music when sam carries frodo. Might that be the music that created the world ?
3.29 - these look like actual archeological finds. :)
The greatest movie trilogy ever!!
8:01 This, kids, is how you take a selfie before smartphones were a thing...
I worked at Les Mills at the time (car Taranaki St & Manners st/Courtenay Place). We watched from the rooftop throughout the day. Incredible weather, electric atmosphere, the ringwraiths horses were spooked by the crowds, so they stopped to calm down and have a drink in our carpark. A day I'll never forget, as a fan of the films and more so, a lover of Wellington NZ❤❤❤
Best movie of all times
Why tf did I watch this? The music made it so cheesy
🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Move the fuck on then
Wow, seeing this almost feels like it comes from a completely different era even though it happened only a little less than twenty years ago. You don't really see movie premieres that feel like this anymore because the audience has nearly lost all interest. Nowadays fantasy movies and franchises have become less about the audience and building up a fantastical world for people to lose themselves in and more about money and fulfilling agenda quotas. The Lord of the Rings really is one of the most beloved fantasies to ever exist and I am glad to be one of the people who hold it near and dear to my heart forever. I am also glad that these movies were made when they were because if it had been made under todays standards, it would have suffered a great deal. Edit: I would also like to say that these movies really show the absolute beauty that is New Zealand. The landscape and fields of green, the mountains and valleys, the rivers and streams, all of it really feels and looks like something straight out of a fairytale book. I only hope that one day in my life I can visit New Zealand and see its beauty for myself.
It would be amazing to have these kind of events back in New Zealand
I watched all the movies of the Lord of the Ring
Utterly beautiful!!
As an American, I love to see deep rooted culture, because we basically have none here.
Hysterical. Literally built the most modern and powerful country out of nothing but nomadic Hunter gatherer lands in less than 500 years. And before u say muh slavery. Slavery only counted for 6% of the total output of the southern United States. The culture of the USA is hard work and innovation unseen since the times of the Roman Empire. But it’s easier to pour on the self hating woe is me routine. I’m proud to be an American and proud of my culture and more people should be too..
@@Cinerary Blah blah blah
@@princeloren86good response. Wouldn’t expect anything less from someone with a hatred of their background in their hearts
@@Cinerary it’s a response giving to a peasant like you
It really feels like the entire filmmaking industry had been building up to The Lord of the Rings trilogy. The last films ever made in which EVERYONE involved gave everything they had with all the love in their hearts.
And to think I was 5 years old living in Australia when Two Towers came out, and didn't even know the books or movies existed, until friends of mine gifted me the books two years later.. Man I would give so much to go back and relive this part of history.
I would have loved to be there and have lived those special moments. I have no words to explain how much i love Lotr triology❤️
❤️Thanks for the infinite love and support you have consistently been showing me. I can’t appreciate the unconditional I’ve gotten from you, which has inspired me to give more sensational entertainment. I’m forever grateful. What country are you watching from?
Every little and big thing in this is EPIC. THIS PREMIER looks As it should! Phenomenal
Love you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏
Ich wäre sooooo gerne dabei gewesen ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
0:60 when coughing in public wasn’t offensive
take me back to those days!
I love how Ian McKellen came down before the premiere to say hello to fans
Back when movies was exciting and fun to watch.
Iconic trilogy. Epic.

I should've been there 😪, it gets me in the feels every time I watch these movies. I was 14 when the first one came out and it has been a major part of my life, not just the movies but all of the books and everything.
Not everyday when a director puts their country on the map... of Middle Earth.
2:35 Much respect for Sir Ian. Nothing feels more magical than Lord of the Rings to me. Something about the spirit of the universe Tolkien created including the execution of these films will just always be special.
