Join me, Jean, and my not so helpful assistant and best friend Django (my dog) in my small single garage where I practice a hobby that some might call woodworking.
I'm an average Joe with a full-time electrician job passing my free time practicing woodworking and honing my craft.
I fell in love with working with wood after making a gift for someone in late 2016 and have been screwing and nailing planks together ever since.
On my channel, I will be documenting my progress by posting videos of my builds and how I kit out my small shop for maximum efficiency.
I will also be making plans available for my builds on woodworkjunkie.com for anyone looking for some inspiration.
Remember to subscribe and let me know what you think in the comment sections of my videos.

Muito bom seu trabalho parabéns mesmo
What did you psint on the outside. And if you water your plants where does the excess water go toi????
don't use pvc it will fail
18:31 shake horse...
Cool idea. I believe that you can definitely lose more weight without sacrificing strength or stability. I would also cut handholds into the top for carrying that could double as clamp slots. Keep innovating.
Excellent work mate. Is there a way you could incorporate a soho-vac to the table saw.
Genius at work! 👏
I think what I ve seen from your channel is top notched. I just want to say thanks for your content, I learn so much from you.
Es normal que el primer corte... Dañe o corte la guia roja
Das ist Perfektionismus. Super!!!!
Hi sir please which program you use for plan ??
What are great idea and you could really use probably clear shower curtains because they're mold resistant they have some other properties that would value this particular idea
Good for you man, glad You're ok. Keep going!
Love the concept and would like to see the compacted version please
I keep rewatching vids from this build series. One of my favorite workbench builds on YT 🤙🏻
What? 🤔
Bravo!!
Excellent review, much better than reviews found elsewhere. I'm going to order one for my DIY cabinet making.
As a newbie to building furniture, i would love a quick video on how to adapt plans to fit my tools. I love your ideas so much, but i dont have the same table saw i have a Bosch. Thanks for all your brilliant ideas and videos
They all look good...except the belt sander need some kind of improvement maybe turn it sideways and hang it from the handle but good video lots of o ideas
You are not the only one who has had health challenges this past year. I have had a second round of breast cancer ending in removal of both breasts. I am currently enjoying the benefit of said loss and the better health. I am so glad that you are back and also enjoying better health. I am looking forward to what you have for projects as I am setting up my own shop in my basement/garage and are trying to fit everything in my small space. Thank you.❤😊
This seems to be a good idea. However, I think if you had a heavy load on the shelves, it may be difficult to lift and secure into place against the ceiling. Perhaps the use of some springs similar to what is done on garage doors might be useful to help lift the load??????
Brilliant. Rebuilding my entire work bench system (2 large rolling benches with lots of things attached) to be more modular but connect together for workspace, outfeed, etc. and this is exactly what I'll do! Especially with some flip tops, I can have more work space when needed.
Its nice to see Wadkin, fobco and the like have a good reputation outside of the UK too, these old machines deserve to be well looked after and live on longer than us all- Its why i resto all my old machinery too. I'd highly recommend a Startrite 532 if you're ever looking for a bigger bandsaw
Great job, Terrific Ideas!
Excelent idea, congratulation
Very nice build!
In Australia this is sold as the 'AEG Super Clamp' from Bunnings AUD $219. Great channel by the way!
Upon purchase & closer inspection; the AEG version is actually slightly different on the leg locking mechanisms. No roller either; but the third leg has a proper 'foot'. Still a very heavy & solid unit
Great review. I just bought one to handle breaking down sheet goods. What are the four left over round plastic parts that are flat on one side used for? Makes me wonder if I missed an assembly step.
This piece of kit is, by far, the most expensive one of its kind ive ever seen.
Very nice jig you made.
What kind of Saw would you recommend for an absolute beginner , l am almost scared to use one?
Do I recognise a South African accent? 😁
Yup
Holy cow that’s awesome!
Glad you revised this build. It seemed like a prototype and this revision is a large improvement. This is the kind of thing more KZreadrs could be showings iterative design and prototypes are consuming production time and never seen. The weekly schedule of videos has faded thankfully. I think looser for most but the grind still exists. They could easily be making videos between showing their process and mistakes. People say they want that but it’s very situational project-to-project. I’m all for more builds that are box based.
My friend I have been watching you videos all morning and I’m quite impressed. I would like to offer a small amount of advice, you should never use those composite cut off wheels on non-Ferris metals like aluminum or brass they can fill up with the metal and when it gets hot the metal expands ruining the structure of the disc and they explode at max rpm and can cause severe injury or even death. One exploded on my uncle and cut his femoral artery he almost bled out. Anyway, be safe great videos!
A fantastic build. I purchased the plans and I'm looking forward to getting started. Do you have links for the tool holders?
Marvellous job~!
That's awesome I want to restore mine but I use it and haven't got the time. Mine is so old it's got cloth covered wires and both forward and reverse on a 120V single phase 1hp Westinghouse motor.
Only recently started watching your videos. I've been practicing my woodworking skills for a few years, but don't have my shop space organized. I really like your videos; the simplicity of your builds, the Great Video shots, & the fact that you try to keep a low budget, while still building quality storage! Thank you! Keep up the good work. And Cheers!
I would buy it if the extra tracks were not $80. $40 would be a no brainer.
Use the saw to make a plywood box to hold everything.
Yeah this version is more practical, but the downside now is the missing out-feed surface :)
Very nice, very functional, but all those latches, switch and locks makes it a little time consuming when you're trying to put it away, or set it up for use.
I'll stick to my 70mmx30mm aluminium straight edge and two f clamps. A lot cheaper & less mucking around when comes to packing up at the end of the day.
Mantap,Kren... Sukses selalu fren
👍🏴
where do you buy the wood from?
