  Me again: I have to say, next time please make it longer. The show is there, but even at 0.25% following your strategy (template, focus...), even just as loose guideline, it's just too fast... 40 min for me no prob.

  It took a couple tries to hold against Germany and after that it was pretty straight forward to win. I was going to make tanks and stack a bunch of anti air on them but after I realized that Germany's air force was not as powerful as expected I decided to just use infantry and dedicate most of my production to medium supply bombers and cas to help me push.

  @@notgeobor Nice. I incidently also tried Elite, 1st attempt failed but today I got it right and won by Feb 1942. Slightly different than your run, I'm always glad to see different paths to same result

  I just don't play hoi 4 enough dude. I work too much and whenever I have time to play games I've been playing other things. Whenever I get back into Hoi 4 I'll make some more videos. I was planning on making an "Elite difficulty Bulgaria vs max buffed Germany".

  yesterday, i took a uss save on elite difficulty in october 1941 where i thought i was lost, but no, my (intentional) line that put germans to a province of Leningrad and Moscow, it worked, i staked 6 super army, 11 million soldiers, defeated the Germans and Japanese in offensives that literally brought their army to its knees, total balance of the war: almost 130 million soldiers dead

  I saw this video before and it inspired me to try it my self but I also buffed Japan and it was a nice challenge I caped germany in 1950 because every time I have put my air force out I would lose 80 planes a day

  Yeah I thought that holding against Germany was going to be the difficult part but pushing against them was also quite tough. I was going to use tanks with lots of anti air but suddenly I saw that my air force was beating Germany's and so I switched plans and mass produced cas. Even still, the ai Germany just had so much production and manpower and divisions that the cas felt like it wasn't doing anything so I had to come up with another strategy which was medium logistics bombers. The small logistics bombers pretty much instantly disintegrated from the enemy anti air when I tried it before, but the medium bombers lasted and crippled their supply just enough to push.

  @@notgeobor yeah that's a good idea I never thought of that but the tanks did their job they had an insane amount of divisions like when I quit the game for a break I saw that Germany's military score was 111💀

  All you need is good mediums with aa, and enough infantry to hold a frontline, and you're basically fine, against the ai atleast.

  This is really fantastic Preparation, combat, etc was really accurate, even also be able to weakening both axis country which is really hard to do by most of the player. Your country can still hold those invader like when the first coalition war started! It will be more challenging if you play in non-historical mode and maxed all country's stat (except the country that chosen by the player)

  Mobile warfare is for tanks and trucks which I didn't use. I was thinking about grand battle plan but I don't use it very often so I opted for superior firepower. Looking back however, grand battle plan was probably a better choice.

  That's understandable. I was thinking about doing uncut videos but I don't know how much people would like them. For example this France run was 3 hours and I think I left like once or twice to go get some food, it was completely legit though, I think I still have the raw video too so maybe I'll just leave that in the description so people can verify that it is real.

  Interesting fact: If you make republicans win the Spanish civil war as the soviets, you can press a decision that transfers them to communist ideology, thus they can't oppose you threw their focus tree! Not game changing, but makes game less stressful.

  That Poland path has some good cavalry buffs plus the Polish cavalry adviser. The template is just 18w cavalry with support artillery and support anti air.
