    Wow that was extremely simple. Why did it take me four years to do this?

    Nope. It didn’t work. Followed the manual and no success. Anyone has any suggestions?

    Didn't quite work for me. I had to press a button on my garage door opener motor (PAIR/CODE/PROGRAM/LEARN) usually how it's labeled. Let me know if this isn't clear 1. Reset all previously programmed buttons in the car by pressing buttons 1 and 3 for 10+ seconds. 2. Press and hold both the already-programmed remote button and the not-yet-programmed car button for 2+ seconds until the car light stops blinking. 3. Exit the car and press the "Code" or "Program" button on the garage opener motor. 4. Enter the car then press and hold the car's button that you wish to program until the garage door recognizes the button press (it should start opening/closing from the car button once paired). Got it from this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qJaEk7d8Zpfgf9I.html

    Very 1st thing ya gotta do on the Dynam 262 Jet is punch out those gun ports to bring in fresh cool air to the battery and esc,s and then you should carve out and air exit hole on the bottom side half way between the canopy n tail section. Remember 2 ESC.s to 2 70mm Edf,s are gonna pull some serious amperage!!!

    Those rear control rods i used a zip tie to pull them together thus eliminating any bowing and then just painted over the zip ties and you can even see them. As far as the upward climb rate you must be aware the all under slung engines meaning under the wing will naturally give it a strong upward thrust. You must Counter this by static down elevator setting for Neutral Position.

    Actually you have to reset your car's buttons by holding number 1 and number 3 for about 25 seconds or until the light flashes then use your instructions to set the universal garage remote.

    You have to hold button 1 & 3 for 20sec to reset the car buttons. Then it should work.

    I have had that happen to me before. There are 2 60 amp esc. I have the same plane and I use the admiral pro 5000 60c. never gets that hot.

  • @DavesRc

    25 c is not enough we both told you that. me and that other guy. You got it to hot. you needed to be using a 60 c battery

    I know this is and old vid and you may have figured things out since then but I think the batteries were warm because the motor is drawing a lot of amps for what the battery is capable of. Those dreaded Chinese guys thought it would be funny to put a 25c requirement on the box. But if you do the math.. a 4000 x 25c divided by 1000 will give you 100 amps that it can safely provide. Two ESCS with a 60 amp draw add up to a 120... 20 over than what the battery can give up.. so yeah, it's best to go with a 40c or higher lipo...

    Maybe I am missing something, but didn't you start with a full charge the first tank and not the second tank? I think that makes up for a good part of your mpg difference. With that said, I think it's truly impressive that there was not a larger discrepancy when using mountain mode as the motor works harder to add that charge. Love the volt!!

  • @Scambush
    @Scambush10 жыл бұрын

    I thought this too when I first got my Volt, in that I would think that when the gasoline generator kicks in, it also recharges the battery so that eventually you can go on all-electric again. But in reality, once you deplete your electric charge, the only way to refill that is to plug the car in. The gasoline generator just keeps the car going.

    those esc's will draw up to 120 amps. ec3 is not the best thing for that much current would have been better if you had ec5, or when you soldered it you might not have gotten it hot enough. It sucks none the less sorry it happened.

    Ccg has no bearing on control tunes being glued to fuselage. It's about forward and aft weight in relation to thee cg position. Keep aging weight. Or fly it a bit tail heavy. Out of control climb

    Man I hate to see this carnage! I had minor issues with the ESCs getting too hot and cutting out, but nothing like this. Hope you can get a kit or salvage parts for the rebuild.

    sorry to see your plane like this:( Dont blame your soldering or battery connectors , they should hold the amperage fine. As a point of interest , mine died for a few seconds too , thankfully it was still on the ground,. I would check all the y-leads ans ESC connectors . we all learn from our mistakes !! I have crashed 100 planes hahahaah HappyFlying.
