  So on September 11, 2001, the twin towers were hit by 2 commercial flights and many people died. Today, exactly where the towers collapsed there are 2 pools as a memorial Rest in Peace to all who died

  Thanks for watching our video 🤩 Between Ocean El Faro and Serenade, our recommendation is Ocean El Faro for sure. We had a blast at this resort.

  The food is delicious and there are lots of a la carte restaurants you can choose from. The variety of food that we mentioned in the video was only about the buffet. But still the food is good.

  The a la carte restaurants were absolutely terrible, uncooked raw chicken, no service, no wine and the sports bar food was a joke. I ordered ''ribs'' it was 2 bones with abit of meat in between. Other than that the resorts is clean and new, good buffet, good ambiance

  Im a beach lover,and I was taken aback by the Sea-weed! I personally was disappointed that my first ocean view of our section of the beach was filled with lots of seaweed,where it just looked like brown water🤢.Im not sure if it had been raining a few days beforw we got there,that could have stirred up the seaweed,but it was unattractive to me! The resort grounds are huge! Its feels like a small city almost,so be prepared to do a lot of walking! The grounds are pretty decent,the buffett food is ok,nothing special.I did however was turned off by the beach towels that they give you! They looked like old towles that you would use to wash your car! My towel had stains all over it and unravelling threads! I couldnt understand why a nice resort would allow that to be acceptable to present to anyone,who's paying for a memorable vacation.I would also suggest to combat the moist humid smell in your rooms due to the humidity,to maybe bring a Glade plug-in fragrance of choice.

  Being "All Inclusive", is everything (except the gift shop) included? Spa services? What all do they offer in the spa? What about tipping? I'm going in June and have never been to any resorts before. Want to be prepared. Thanks

  Thanks for watching our video 🌷 Only food and drinks are included (except for bottles and premium drinks). For all other services you need to pay. There are few restaurants that you can make reservations for at the desk and those are included as well. Tipping is optional. If you’d like to tip, we recommend having some $1 bills. Enjoy your vacation 😊

  Hi, no they don’t have airport shuttles, and we found airport taxis way too expensive. We took uber and it was surprisingly cheaper.

  we’d say decent amount of people! even though it was off season, the night life vibe was pretty good, lots of folks dancing as you may see in the video, during the day, decent amount of people were at the pool engaging in entertaining activities, again as you may see in the video! definitely not feeling like we were alone :)

  Just got back last week. I selected this resort based on your review. Thank you. I love it❤ it was fun. Your video and review on point. My family and I enjoyed the food though with some extra hot sauce. Lots of varieties. Too much to eat. The buffet has different food themes every day (oriental, Dominican, American, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean etc). Room stocked up daily with drinks (including beer, Pepsi, Fanta, sprite.….). Room service from 11am to 11pm and 24/7 for privilege members. We had ordered appetizer, main course, soup, salad and dessert. No charge of course. My teenagers loved it. Beach volleyball daily at 11am. Good music. I can go on and on 🤣🤣🤣It's all-inclusive you only give tips. Staff very friendly.. Resort clean. Spacious rooms and high-pressure shower. I highly recommend it. 💪🏾🥳❤

  we would say a few hundred meters away from lobby! we took shuttle to the beach!
