I have kent ro that was purchased for Rs. 19500...now there is fungus developed inside the plastic water storage tank...even after cleaning, again and again the fungus gets developed....!
Please keep one thing in mind that what is developing in the storage tank of your water purifier is not fungus but algae. Tell us what Kent Company has to say on this issue and what they did. There can be many reasons for algae in water. In a transparent tank algae formations can occur. In a transparent tank, the chance of algae formation is higher due to the rough surface. Due to the coming together of water and sunlight, separate formations can occur. Generally, there is no algae form in RO water, but this can also happen due to the bypass valve entered in the name of TDS controller in kent.

(They mentioned they followed all the standards prescribed by BIS and WHO) also have required certification 😂😀 As you mentioned no other big brand promoting this company, same thing came to my mind as well. Is it necessary to add UV after water passes through hollow fiber UF? Doesn't UF remove bacteria and viruses?

BMC's water is more pure and safe than all the municipalities of our country. There is no problem even with 99% direct drinking. Still, keeping in mind the possibility of contamination in transit, it is better to pass it through UF or UV. Alkaline and copper cartridges are both marketing gimmicks. Sir...I am from Chennai. Currently i have installed Aqua Mars RO filter, where I pay 400rs per month. My TDS level from tanker water is 550. After RO filteration, it comes to 21. Hence someone from ur company suggested to buy CMpurifier NF80 + UV filter. They said tds will improve to 80-100. My biggest doubt is will company's membrane or filters will be easily available for replacement in chennai, if it gets damaged??? Please make a video on Tds levels. I have to say that your product quality and discription is as same as mentioned in your videos. After seeing your videos, I learnt to service and customise my machine as per my need by myself. What you are telling and teaching to everyone openly, can't done by others. Your products prices may be high, but much lower when compare to health, and I don't care about price when it comes to health. Sir, please make a video on different between carbon block and carbon granules. Which is better ? And please start selling UV module for bottom of the tank on your website.
To remove dissolved impurities, having granules is better as 30% binders are added to make carbon block and the retention time is also more in the granules as compared to block and the block needs pressure. it's just that the granules have to be flushed to remove dust from it so there is no need to carbon block.
I have been receiving water from the Municipal corporation for the past 20 years, averaging around 350-400 ppm. We've been filtering it simply using a "chhani." However, for the last 3 years, I've installed an RO water filter from a local brand. Recently, I tested the TDS from the RO and found it to be around 35-40 ppm. The RO system comprises 5 stages: normal filter, sediment filter, pre-carbon filter, RO membrane, and post-carbon filter. After watching several videos, including yours, I've come to understand that the RO membrane might not be necessary. Could you advise me on whether I should replace the RO membrane with NF60? Additionally, should I install a UV filter? If so, at which stage should I install it? Please note that there's no extra space inside the RO cabinet for installing a UV filter. yes, you should replace it with nf60 and it's recommended to have UV as a post treatment after membrane which can be replace with your post carbon.

I have seen this information on internet first, now listening in this video really helps and gives confidence......while i had my study about foam of bed being carcinogeneic while purchasing bed some 4 years ago, happy to same being repeated here.....after studying articles from google, i was not willing to see post carbon conditioning as i do not like external enriching in water as we do not know biological impact of same, now i am happy that these people donot offer same....as per my views only required traetment appears justified, excess treatment appears as tampering and hence unjustified
