  Nick's an approachable guy. very pleasant when I spoke with him. we have mutual friends, though. maybe that made a difference, but I don't think so. Roland Howard was not friendly. actually thought he was throwing dagger looks my way when I was with a band opening for 'These Immortal Souls' in a small Montreal club. he's one of my guitar heroes. but I don't think he woulda cared. tried not to even look his way backstage. his wife was cool. she came up and chatted with me.

  I always imagine this being played during the opening credits of a 80s teen thriller, with th while intro being a slow camea pan down a long alley way, steam, los o crazy characters, then when the vocals come in the camera rises to a rooftop, and vocal are done wearing a lab coat, a duck mask screaming into a police microphone, doin some hop dance.
