Does anyone notice how the latter half has a distorted version of the symboite theme that has that spiderman bass without the motif which changes to a sad version of harry then the symboite's theme. It's like their both crying after being rejected by peter and the frantic part when venom comes out the elvator just screams emtional rage.

I love how throughout the fight the music reflects Peter and Miles fight both halves of Venom: Peter is fighting to save Harry, who at this point is just airing out his intrusive thoughts while at rock bottom as the Symbiote consumes him. 😥 The music is somber. And with Miles, it is purely the Symbiote, who is absolutely pissed at Miles for "Taking Peter Away", when ultimately it was Peter who made the final choice after Miles's intervention. The music is intense, booming with anger.

It's so tonally intense, the difference between Peter's phase and Miles'. Peter's phase sounds genuinely heartbreaking - like watching Obi-Wan & Anakin fighting to the death. Miles' phase, on the other hand: you can hear how hate-filled Venom is! Miles is the one obstacle that they vehemently *_despise!_* He's the reason the symbiote lost Peter. He's the new best friend for Peter when Harry couldnt hang around anymore. Harry was Peter's right-hand man in his brief vigilante phase, but the moment he lost the suit, Miles immediately took back over as #2. The symbiote always saw Miles as nothing but a *parasite,* when it should have been the other way around.
