Excellent teaching took my boards out for the first time, and my friends thought I had been doing this for years lol. The only problem I had was a boater didn’t see them cut the lines but I did catch some fish.

There are a few factors that come into play. First it’s important to know how far to attach the board in front of the bait. The farther the crankbait is behind the board dictates how deep the crankbait will go. Also speed is critical. I like to run just fast enough for the bait to feather along behind the board, dig and get maximum traction pulling down. Thanks for the question.

By the way this video is probably the best to instruct us beginners that I have found. I really like it and learned a lot. Do you have more instructional videos for planar boards.

Yes you can. If you use a glow stick it will stick in the foam and self heal when you pull it out. Small plastic types will work also.
