I liked your instructions - easy to follow - have a question - what do you mean by saying" double wrap"?
Thank you so much! I mean when I wrap with the needle around the 2 rows, compared to the single wrap that goes around just the filler cord in between the double wraps. Hope that makes sense!
Can't see, you're fingers are in the way
😂 the knots aren’t going to tie themselves! They are switch knots. Maybe you can find another channel that shows it more clearly. Hope that helps!
Thanks!
Thank you so much, I appreciate it 😊
This video is missing a lot of important information. Written steps would help
I am laughing at how fun you must be. Thank you for sharing,
Awe thank you so much 😁
Very nice.
Thank you ☺️
Very nice i love it
Thank you 😊
Thank you
Thank you!
How thick is the rope you use? Is there anything I should look for when buying? I'm in New Zealand so won't have the same sources. Thanks
Mine is 3/8 inch, but you can use anything. I’ve used raffia, clothesline and even plastic bags to coil around. With thinner yarn like the ones I’m using in the video, a more sturdy filler cord would probably work best. Especially with the base with this design. It’s not as sturdy as the regular way I make them. So if you can’t find filler cord, you can get bungee cord or thick rope. Hope that helps 😊
😂😂 Love it, so cute!!
Thank you 😆😁
hahahaha this is genius 😂
Thank you 😆🤣
Underrated video oml

Crochet Macrame Cord Project
Wow! That’s beautiful! ❤️
Thank you so much ☺️
Great tutorial! The yarn seems really easy to coil with. I can’t wait to try it!
Thank you so much 💜
😍🤩🥰
How long is the finished product?
I love baskets😊,😢 I have no room to put them.
Approx how long does the entire process take? Im looking for crafts that are relatively quick and easy for a Womens Retreat.
It takes me about 30 minutes after I measure and cut all of the cord. I’d say for a retreat it could be done within 2 hours.
Very cool.😊 would love to see from the very beginning. Thank you for sharing your tallent.😊
Thank you! I’m making a full tutorial for it 😊
Your channel and tutorials are amazing! Thank you so so much for the very clear instructions for someone just getting back into crochet after many years away from it.

Thank you so much 😊 it’s thanks to your gorgeous cord 🩷
What yarn are you using?
9mm braided jumbo from mad4macrame.com
Absolutely amazing!! Sure wish I could figure out how to do this
Thank you so much! You can totally make this!
@MaCREmebyCre I have wanted to learn how to crochet for YEARS. Do you recommend starting with something like this first? Seems the smaller the yarn the harder it is for me to find my stitches. Maybe bigger is better in this case????
@@tayaanthony2620 I’m posting a tutorial tomorrow for this, but with 5mm. That would be great for a beginner. Small yarn is very hard to crochet with. Once you’re comfortable with 5mm, I’d say go for the 9mm. It’s amazing! We have free live crochet workshops you can join! Then we can help you step by step!
@MaCREmebyCre OMGOSH really? How do I get connected to that? I'd love to join
@@tayaanthony2620 message me on instagram and I’ll send you the link 😊
Looks great! You could eliminate the outer hoop piece with the hardware so you don't have to work around it. I'm a weaver, so you don't really need the outer hoop piece. Love this idea of coiling around them!
Thank you so much 🩷 I think I’ll remove it for my next one. I left it so I can hang it from the hook/hardware.
I can't find it on KZread. Can I have the link?
It’s my latest video
You must have got one with a slide. Mine is just like a darning needle with a slight knob on the end. No moving parts.
Oh ok, you’re right! I didn’t know there were different types!
Again I love your tutorials. I would like to make a small hamper. Is this possible. Does the clamp hold it together if not finished in one sitting😊
Thank you so much 😊 it’s definitely possible! Just make the base as big as you want the hamper to be and keep going up on the sides until your desired height! The whole thing will stay together even without the clamp. I’d just stop it when the cord is shorter and then just continue when you’re ready. 💕
Здравствуйте! Сколько метров нити нужно для первого варианта ( косички)?
Very pretty, I find a metal bobkin works great and will not break. 🇨🇦
Thank you 💙 I bought one, but haven’t used it yet. Idk why it looks complicated 😆

It s beautiful i lire à lot
Thank you so much ☺️
A tropical Oasis❤
How much cord did you use for that size basket?
About 3/4 of the full roll
There are tons of tutorials for baskets that start with a wooden base but that's not what I want. This is perfect. I'm going to start a basket soon.
Thank you so much 😊 have fun making it!
I love this basket ❤ thank you for the tutorial. It’s great!
Thank you so much, I appreciate it! 💗💗
I think I can do it. Great tutorial. Just what I have been looking for. Thank you.
I’m so glad! You’re welcome ☺️ message me on Instagram if you need any help! And thank you for watching!
