  Bro, i have no idea how to get it from Afghanistan. But i have seen people visiting Islamabad from afghanistan to reach to embassies for visa purpose. a tip here. find phone numbers of Islamabad embassy and ask them. They are in better position to help.

  At Karachi Airport, I encountered two queues manned by FIA personnel. The first officer asked me a few general questions and then directed me to a side office, where I found several other travelers waiting. Noticing the officer's absence from their chair, I sensed a potential delay and possibly a request for a bribe. I decided to switch to the other queue, where a lady officer asked me only one or two questions before letting me through. Later, I discovered that while some travelers were allowed to pass without issue, others were subjected to lengthy questioning and even bribery demands.
