However, I have a few concerns and I would really appreciate if you can help me out with that: 1. I am applying for the Thai visa for the first time. Is it necessary for me to apply myself or can I use an agent to apply the visa on my behalf? I have read somewhere that I can only apply using an agents dropbox if I have already been granted a visa before. 2. The agent I spoke to (one of the agents mentioned on the list available on Thai embassy website), said that they will charge some money extra for an air ticket and I don't necessarily have to take the flight, I can just pay a small amount and show it as my confirmed booking for the Thai visa application. Now, is it a legal and safe option to proceed with? 3. FInally, I am applying with my wife where she is the primary applicant sponsor for the trip. I don't have a bank statement. Is it ok for me to not submit any of my own bank statement? I will really appreciate a response from your side. Thanks in advance,

1. YOu can apply by yourself but its better to consult a dropbox agent from that list. And no - even if its your first time, you can use the dropbox service. 2. Yes, they issue a return flight ticket, apply for the visa, and later cancel the ticker, sometimes there are charges and thats why they charge more. 3. I think for a tourist visa, you need a bank statement. Everyone who applies needs a statement. I dont think you can get a visa when you show your wife's statement. better start maintaining bank statement for next 3 months and apply after that. But you can consult the dropbox agent, they may find a way.

There is this notice floating around which says that you must return back to Pakistan on the same carrier that took you out of Pakistan. Is that true? This means, if I leave Pakistan on Thai Airways, I must return back on Thai airways as well.

@@usamashahid9281i didn’t see that notice. But heard some immigration officers on Pakistani side questioning about it. To me its a ridiculous thing. As long as we have our itenrary fixed and have a return ticket , its fine. My airlines were different and faced no problems at all

Bro, i have no idea how to get it from Afghanistan. But i have seen people visiting Islamabad from afghanistan to reach to embassies for visa purpose. a tip here. find phone numbers of Islamabad embassy and ask them. They are in better position to help.
