Hi Lerato, unfortunately they can login again you must constantly keep track of the devices that keeps connecting...them if you see devices that you don't recognise you will have to change your password.

You have to hard reset the wifi manually by looking for a reset button on the side of your router if you find it press and hold it for 5sec... Or press and hold the power button for 15 seconds then try and login in should work but if not then you will have to call the provider to come assist with the issue... And note that there are 2 password and username for each and every router the one that helps login to its BIOS(it's the one printed behind your wifi Router) and the one you Connect with to access the internet(the one you are given by the service provider) ... Don't confuse them..

Look you connect the the vuma wifi first then follow my steps the user name and password are behind the router on your wall remove it off the wall you will see the password and the user name type them the way they are... If the E is caps do cap and if other letter as not caps dont do caps type the password and the users name the way you see them behind your router... There is no way it won't work I have seen that problem before... The capital letter E is usually caps even on the password....
