You have to hard reset the wifi manually by looking for a reset button on the side of your router if you find it press and hold it for 5sec... Or press and hold the power button for 15 seconds then try and login in should work but if not then you will have to call the provider to come assist with the issue... And note that there are 2 password and username for each and every router the one that helps login to its BIOS(it's the one printed behind your wifi Router) and the one you Connect with to access the internet(the one you are given by the service provider) ... Don't confuse them..

Please note that the capital letters are important you have to type everything the way you see it.... If you changed the password and it doesn't connect you can do the process again then on that password part this time you can click the hidden password it will show you the password thats active cos once you click apply what ever you typed gets stored there and you can view it. I hope you understand.

You need to be connected it... The process won't work if you're not connected to it... Then after you are connected to it follow my steps you can even use your phone

It means someone has changed the password you will need to contact vuma support so they can come and reset it to factory default

Eish I don't know but I noticed with some smart phones it doesn't work 😢....try switching devices ....but before you do all this you have to be connected to the WiFi you want to change
