I can't believe that I haven't seen Inside Out 2 yet!, Emily decided to go with her friend and forget about her old mama, ha ha - only joking it was fine that she went with a friend. She loved it and wanted to see again anyway, so we said we would all go the 3 of us, but just been busy and for the past few weeks I have been pretty unwell and this last week caught a virus or bad cold thing in addition!. So glad I got ahead with my videos for you guys. Oh...back to the SHOW at Disneyland Paris, it's just so amazing to see from the stages and I honestly think this is the best stage view. I hope you get to see it all soon Debbie before it goes!. Once I am better, we will definitely head to see Inside Out 2...I just love Joy too, she's my favourite. Hi, I've never done the trolley car with horses either? ( its on my list for the next time I visit 🙌 ) I love all the shops on Main St. , maybe a little too much ! ha ha !!! I think sometimes, especially during the extra magic hour... you're in such a rush to get to rides...that you can miss out taking it all in on Main St? So its fab when you have more time to enjoy it and explore at a chilled pace. Aww all those cute parades and characters are the best!!! 🥰Happy Weekend x
Do you know what I would love to just to have one day, where I explore everything on Main Street (it's just so hard when you rushing to rides, shows, characters etc - I know the feeling), but will try next trip to do more on Main Street, especially shops. I am often very good at not buying but I just love the shops at Disney!. The horse ride honestly was just magical, I know it's just a horse and a trolley car taking you down Main Street, but for us felt special - will definitely do again. Hi there, I love Toad Hall & Cowboy Cookout, my favourites for sure. Great tips for best times as especially Toad Hall, it can absolutely rammed!!!( Good sign though of a decent restaurant !! ) I've been lucky to get a table outside in nice weather and watch life in Fantasyland go by ....I think those naughty boys Tweedle Dum & Tweedle Dee nearly stole my chips!!!!! 😛😛ha ha xx
Hi Debbie, yes there is the seating outside. We tend to go inside, I think only because if it's warm weather we prefer to be out of the sun to eat and when it's colder well you just want to be in...but do you know what next time we are there and hopefully it's warm, we will try and grab a seat outside Toad Hall and do a shout out to you Debbie x, well as long as no other Characters come along to take our chips ha ha x

Is there a bit to build lightsabers?
Yes I am sure there is in the shop, Star Traders - pretty sure that is the clip shown in the video when I show a screen, obviously there was other people in the shot so I didn't film for very long to intrude on others but yes I am pretty sure that is a lightsaber building station or something similar. Not sure if you have ever been to Disney when they had Star Wars Seasons, they were great but Disney don't seem to do much now for Star Wars, apart from the bits in the park and May 4th. Hi.. cool video! if you had to choose between the Sequoia and Cheyenne, which one would you choose? Which do you like more and why?
Thanks for your comment and for watching!. Sequoia Lodge is definitely seeing it's age and getting dated but still very cosy and such a lovely feel about it, massive PRO's are Pool (Cheyenne doesn't have a pool) and the wilderness vibes of the Hotel. Cheyenne we stayed at in 2018 and not been back and I will be honest this has only been due to pricing, often when we have booked over the last few years Sequoia has been coming up very good for pricing over Santa Fe and Cheyenne - so I would normally choose Sequoia if pricing not much different. Sometimes if you are lucky, definitely in winter season you can be lucky to not pay much more and get Newport Bay....a must if you can. We would love to stay in Cheyenne again, but if the price is much more than Santa Fe, we would go with Santa Fe and if the price isn't much different to Sequoia Lodge we would stick with Sequoia. Cheyenne theming is amazing though, we really loved it with it's Toy Story and Cowboy feel (we have videos showing Cheyenne, check out our other channel The Brownie Life for older Disneyland Paris videos) and we feel the need for a change now, having stayed quite a bit in Sequoia Lodge so Cheyenne will definitely be on the cards for a future trip. TOP TIP - look at all different dates for pricing these Hotels/package trip as even just one day can make all the difference in getting that bargain and can change where you ultimately stay. Hope this has helped!. Will definitely want to head back to Cheyenne and when we do a Vlog will definitely follow!.

The Cake Pops and Cheesecake Pops are just the BEST!, hope they have them when you go...lots more snacks come out all the time, so keep an eye out as likely NEW ones!. Dreams is charming, but just a bit dull at times, especially when it follows that amazing drone show. Illuminations is basically a clip show - but far more colourful and engaging to watch. The Pirates scene is one of my favourites, with the use of the flame effects for canon fire. Hopefully a brand new fireworks show will come at some point soon.
Really agree that Disneyland Paris need a BRAND NEW fireworks show, but I am so happy that they have brought back Illuminations and we will get to see it one last time - even if it is slightly changed. The Pirates and Star Wars scenes are definitely some of the best. Thanks for watching!
Hi , Happy Saturday 😊 ( although not happy weather related here …as it blowing a blumin’ gale and stormy ⛈️ more like October than June 🥹🙄 ! Wow, you got a great view eh? The Lion King is absolutely amazing and yes I’ll admit to paying for premier access but as it’s just me travelling solo , I kind of justify the cost? Well.. ha kind of 🤔🫣😬 lol But Disney are naughty as they do this more & more now ! And again without being hypocritical as I have used it for Mickey & the Magician too , but as you’ve shown - you don’t need it if you get yourself in the queue early 🙌 Out of the 4 daily performances of Lion King, I used to think the last one of the day might be less busy as it used to be before Stars on Parade but the times have changed now ? Have you found any times a bit less busy than others or have they all been a full house? Happy weekend x
Hi Debbie, I think everyone wants different things from Disney and you know nothing wrong with paying for guaranteed access to shows/premier access/preferred access but as we do show, you can absolutely see these shows FREE within your park tickets, but sometimes have to queue or like us maybe turn up with not much wait and get a good seat. Thanks for watching and supporting our videos!. Your question about which showing, nearly all of the shows have been full when we have gone but don't forget often we are going in School Holidays in the UK or at very busy season times and still manage to get in ok. I would have said the first and last shows can be better as a general rule - but like you say sometimes Disney change times of other things like Parades etc, which then can make a difference with other show times and how busy they get. Hope this helps!.
TOP TIP - if you wish to contact any of the Hotels at Disneyland Paris to make any requests with your rooms, usually, from experience I have always been advised to contact them 7 Days before - by all means contact them before, but you may be advised to call them back 7 days before. I am thinking of going to this restaurant when we go DLP. Food looks really good. Can you leave DLP and go to have dinner at Cape Cod then return back into DLP? Thank you for the video
Yes you absolutely can go as and when you please - Cape Cod Restaurant is based within Newport Bay Hotel, just outside security and the Disney Village, located on Lake Disney. The parks are open at different times, different seasons of the year - so for example if the Disneyland Park closes at 11pm as it does in Summer season, you may have a booking at say 7pm at Cape Cod, finish by 9pm - then with your park ticket you can go back into the park until it closes no problem. The walk from Newport Bay to the Disneyland Park is approximately 10 mins or maybe a little more - but it's not far to go back and forth between Hotels and the Parks. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!.
TOP TIP - make sure you book any meal reservations well ahead on the App before you go to save disappointment, otherwise you may not get in!

Hi there, firstly sorry for the delay in replying. The swimming pool at Sequoia can't be booked ahead, you just turn up and then they will let you know if busy and you can wait etc. The time we went it was very busy and therefore one we had to wait and two, once changed and in the pool we wanted to go in the Jacuzzi (as shown in the footage) - sorry, just noticed you mentioned Sauna, as I may have said the word Sauna rather than Jacuzzi!...again this is only something you can book when in the pool and I think we only had to book a slot for the Jacuzzi as it's for limited people and was a busy time. If you go at a not as busy time, you may be able to not book the Jacuzzi and just go in and out as you wish or they may be doing the booking system as a way to keep on top of the numbers etc. The slide is great fun and you don't book this, just queue. Pool is definitely worth a visit while you are there!. Thanks so much for watching!.

Hi there, anyone can dine there - like all the Restaurants you can eat with or without a Meal Plan (Disneyland Hotel excluded - the Reservations are different). If you have the correct value Meal Plan you will have nothing to pay, or if you have a lower Meal Plan you would pay the difference and no Meal Plan you pay the full amount of the set menu. The Meal Plan's and Reservations can be confusing at Disneyland Paris, promise you are not the only one...I have been going for years and I still have to think!. There will be more on Meal Plans coming up on our channel. Hi there, Sequoia Lodge was the first onsite hotel I ever stayed at Disneyland Paris. Always remember arriving by coach actually and being really wow'd at its presence & I've always loved the theming , restaurants, shop & Redwood Bar etc And i also stayed in a Lodge room & adored that peaceful vibe and tranquility, Thanks for such a great , detailed review of the hotel, loved watching. x
Hi Debbie, totally agree that Sequoia has beautiful grounds with peace and tranquility - love that part to it, I think you definitely feel transported into a wilderness don't you. In terms of some things wearing a little and a bit dated - it's a need of refurb but some times in booking over the last year the price has been pretty good for Sequoia over the other Hotels, so I suppose all things you have to weigh up in booking. Redwood Bar is so lovely and cosy, so many times we have been there. So pleased you enjoyed the video, even though you have been there and seen it all before - appreciate you watching.x

Thanks for watching and I will gladly help. When you make your booking it will usually tell you on selection of your room. So it will say Standard Room near Hotel Facilities and then in the description will advise this is located in the main building, OR you will have a selection which simply says Standard Room and in the description it will say in the Lodge style rooms. There are also options for Lakeside Rooms and Club level - Golden Forest. If thing don't cost too much more they can be worth it, but everyone wants different things at Disney so I would only recommend booking those add on's if worth it for your family. For example Lakeside Rooms are lovely, however - if it's dark when you leave for the parks and dark when you return, you are not going to see much from your room anyway etc. Check which style room you have on your booking and then contact Disney from there to get a closer room, also explain regarding your children's needs and I am sure they will accommodate you the best they can - any requests are never guaranteed though. We are going next week with our daughter and son in law and four grandkids. The snacks look great, however two of the grandkids are milk intolerant so concerned there won’t be much choice for them. We haven’t been able to find out. Obviously snacks for all of us are going to work out quite expensive.
Hi there and thanks so much for watching. Personally I think your best bet to discuss food would be City Hall, as you enter park on your left. Get there earlier on so not as much of a queue and I am sure they will help you. Also ask at the snack places, they must have things in place to advise people with allergies. You could also ask at your hotel for any info. Since my video some snacks have gone up in price. You are a bit of a trapped audience at Disney but in circumstances probably not too bad prices really. Just ordered tickets for me and my son for October, they better be playing illuminations!!! I do agree it probably comes down to what was watched first but for me it is no competition I cry just thinking about illuminations, it is perfect from the start "this is your invetation to dream" and every ups and downs of the music, the Canon fire from pirates, the "Chewie We're Home" and I can't count how many times I have listen to a dream is a wish. I cry just writing about it omg 😭🤣 I have made my own version that I imported to my spotify list, I like it even better then the ones you find on KZread (even if they are 99% same) they don't cut the middle part as good, or maybe it's just cause I have listen to mine so many times that now I can't listen to the KZread versions without getting annoyed 😅 Great channel btw 😇

Hiya, well of all the times I’ve stayed at Newport Bay Hotel ( & it is a favourite of mine ) , I’ve never eaten at either restaurant ( apart from breakfast ) ! Cape Cod has lots of choices with their buffet menu and I think it’s such a reasonable price too ! So definitely good value for money 🙌😋 thanks for the review x

Flight Force...I never do it, but funny enough when Emily was 7 it was Rock N Roller then and she went on it with her Dad!, crazy at 7 she was fine and now she won't do it!. No I am not a lover of Crush and won't do Flight Force and Tower of Terror is an incredible ride but just can't pluck up the courage to do it again after that first time!.
Meal plans are definitely not for me as I skip breakfast 🥞 🍳 🧇 And your portions for breakfast that you prepared for 5 days are definitely sufficient. Buffet options are #tricky as this option usually makes people eat more than they actually need to eat 😎

Hi and thanks so much for your comment. Quite a few things disappointed us, no Lamb kebab meat they used to have (I think there is a great variety for Vegan/Veggie but not as much for meat eaters now for the price you are paying for a buffet), plus the quality of some items that were once amazing are not as good, in our opinion now - for example the roasted potatoes, sausages, Baklava and some other desserts. Honestly, the Baklava used to be first class but now I found it dry and not as appealing. Don't get me wrong it was ok food, nothing really wrong with it, just didn't suit us anymore and not what we had grown to expect from there. I do however, feel it is a great option for Vegan/Veggie as not too many options in the park otherwise. Your question of comparing Agrabah to Downtown - Downtown is much better, however in our opinion PYM Kitchen is so much better than Downtown. We would definitely like to give Downtown another try on another trip though and see for any changes and sometimes, for some trips a Restaurant can disappoint and then improve on another trip or the other way on. For Agrabah it also disappointed us in 2022 when we visited, but we really wanted to give it another go this time (we cancelled a booking for Walt's to go back here...really regretted that decision!, we will however return to Walt's on another trip - that is excellent!). Maybe it depends on the first firework night time show you saw when your first visit to Disneyland Paris, maybe that's what connects with us and our memories. I'm so glad you enjoyed, it's good to watch them side by side - I think there is a difference, maybe just biased due to the very first time we went to Disneyland Paris saw Illuminations and just was amazed. So many don't like it...but I can't understand why really - it just feels so much more impressive. For us, sounds silly but even the Star Wars and Pirates sections are equally important - the music in all of the Illuminations Show just makes it!. Don't get me started with A Dream is a wish your Heart makes?...I cry every time!. So excited to go back and see this again. never thought we would get the chance, can't wait!.x
I had no idea illuminations was back! Is it going to be exactly the same as before? The Star Wars scene makes it for sure. Disney dreams was amazing though, that tangled scene is beautiful.
In the latest version of Illuminations, they've removed the Beauty and the Beast live action scene (after Pirates), and one of the Frozen songs (before the finale).

Hi there, oh yes those cupcakes were good...snacks are getting better at Disneyland Paris now - they just need to keep going with them so each season plenty of choice and good ones at that. Ideally if they don't put the price up like they did not long after I put this video out!, but only on some snacks. Boardwalk Candy is on Main Street itself - if the Castle is infront of you and the Gazebo area/main entrance is behind you, on Main Street it is on the right - among the other shops/eateries. It's a lovely place to go have a look in generally, but we find it seems to be one of the best places to get snacks (but some of the seasonal ones are not always in there - can be dotted around other places). Cake Pops are a usual there though - you have to try one, they are amazing. Pop (that wasn't supposed to be a joke ha ha) in early if you get chance as we have known them to sell them off half price, but this might be a one off not sure!. Thanks for watching!.

Hiya, happy sunny Friday 😋 I'm an ol sentimentalist as even though I'm excited for everything new that's coming , I'm a little sad too! Walking into Studio 1 has always been a lovely spectacle of vibrant colour and Hollywood theming, loved it! But we've all got these lovely memories to remember forever eh? Ooh fab, you got on Web Slingers so quick in Extra Magic Time🙌 woohoo! And Crush is scary for 'big ones' ,never mind the 'little ones' ha ha 😛 Yeah, Crush isn't for me with my delicate back but I'll give Web Slingers a go next time for sure! I love the Ratatouille ride, great fun. ( how do you feel about the change from 3D to 2D recently though? ) I think that little spinning Cars ride gets faster, its wild!!! ha! Hi Debbie, sorry for not replying sooner - definitely one of those weeks!. Glad you enjoyed this video and the footage of Studio 1, us like you will also miss this. Do you know so many people say Walt Disney Studios Park is one of the worst Disney Parks?, we honestly love it and despite so much work and disruption going on, it still impresses us - we love the rides there and of course the shows. Will be really exciting all that is to come...you never know Disney Brownies hopefully may still be around to Vlog it all!. The 2D on Ratatouille seems strange, wonder if they have altered the actual ride screen footage so you see different - usually without the glasses nothing is as clear...they have done tests before using no glasses for 2D - so it might just be a testing feature and will then revert back to glasses?. Also the NEW Wonderland Show is coming really soon to DLP Studios - so at least another addition, however some clips I have seen...I'm not sure?!. This place honestly was lovely, very good food but the menu won't appeal to everyone I agree, however we were in France and as a family we love things that are more authentic to the country we are visiting. We love all things Disney in Disneyland Paris and this place is not Disney but it is a great place to eat. Thanks for watching!.

Hi there and thanks for watching. There will be more videos coming up on our channel for A Million Splashes of Colour show but I am more than happy to share some details regarding Stitch with you. I think a good spot would be next to the stage we were filming in this video (with the Princesses and Mirabel) - Stitch is on the same stage and the full footage will be on another upcoming video, so you will see more then. If you stand up to the line with the stage I am talking about to your right and maybe try to get the corner spot so you will be directly next to the steps leading to the stage, the stage (featured in this video with Mirabel and the Princesses at the end) will be to the right/infront of you (the stage just described in more detail - if you were standing in the middle of Central Plaza with all 4 stages around you and the Castle is behind you and Main Street infront it is the stage to the LEFT infront). When Stitch comes on and off the stage he will be on the steps and be infront of you in that area. By getting this spot not only will you be close to Stitch you will have an excellent view of this stage as well and other Characters will pass infront of you. Hope this helps and not too confusing, as I say there will be more videos explaining some spots but just not right now and I didn't know when you are going to Disneyland Paris, so hope this helps. Asha is amazing and at Disneyland Paris there are definite spots to get, check out our A Million Splashes of Colour BEST SPOT video, that spot you could be lucky especially if you stand more in the centre there. Emily did get a hug from Asha and we will show that footage on another upcoming video, but I don't mind sharing with you in the comments...get the same spot we did for Mirabel (Asha came to us there as well) - there are other spots in that area which we will show in another video but I don't know when you are going, so I thought I would share what I could in the comments for you. Not sure how old your daughter is and whether she would dress up as Asha? or just wear a Wish TShirt etc - anything you wear that represents the characters can really help attract them to you, plus say their name when they are near and WAVE LIKE MAD ha ha...then she may get a hug from Asha. Nothing and no spot is a definite as some spots can be great but the characters on the day just may go to someone else, all part of the magic...we got hugs we absolutely didn't expect. If you watch or have watched our Best Spot for the show you will see Emily gets a hug from Mirabel but straight after I get a hug from Judy (if you listen to my high pitched HI you you will realise that I was totally taken off guard and really did not expect that hug...Disneyland Paris Magic at it's best). Given that in this video of the spots with Mirabel, we show 3 different spots - personally I think anyone of those 3 spots your daughter could get a hug from Asha, where we specifically got the hug from Asha was in the 2nd spot in the video where we are in the Central Plaza, with the Castle behind us and Main Street infront - dancers and characters are right there infront, with stages either side, we were more to the left so saw that stage more (when I show the footage with Princesses with Mirabel and Asha) - it's when they come off the stage is when we got a hug from Asha followed by Mirabel, this area is also great for potentially Rapunzel and Moana (she wasn't there at every show when we went) if you are interested. The other spot with the Castle directly infront would be great if you stand more in the centre and you could try the other spot I showed at the opening gates - all of the spots as I say that we were lucky with Mirabel could equally work for Asha. From memory, I am sure that Asha only features on the 2 stages on the left if the Castle was behind you, if you wanted to see just the stages as well but also see Asha. Good Luck and enjoy every minute!. If you like the shops there - the Snow White shop next to the ride had quite a bit of Wish merch in there.

I can honestly say that my preferred method of transport is definitely trains, via Eurostar - I am not a great flyer (even though we travel) I still don't like it, Eurostar is a great alternative for travelling to some places and I am sure your journeys with them will be great.
