I would have thought that my national animal was a bald eagle or possibly a grizzly bear, but apparently it is "a doughnut". So don't feel bad, NZ.

I am off tomorrow to check them out seeing as I spent my early years and schooling in Sando as we called it. Will give a kiwi review on the goods. Edendale Primary just up the road had the motto "Play the game" and pies were the fuel to do it. The All blacks success growing up on pies. Don't tell anyone our secret.

Yes, bills first then whatever is left over is grocery shopping. Usually 10 pack noodles, bag of flour, bacon pieces, a dog roll, a packet of cat meat, weet-bix and a carton of milk if I'm lucky. Don't worry, I grow my own veggies and fruit and have chickens.

Best way to get full on one pie. You take a bite scoop some mince out with your chips as a dip then shove some chips in the pie through the cavity then devour it before the chips get too soggy from the left over mince.

I dont blame anybody for saying New Zealand is behind in tech, since we were trapped in a market of ourselves for 60 years which only ended in the mid 80s, so we had to rush building our economy back to something like everybody elses.
