  How do you change the defrost timer? On Carrier you can change it to every hour or every 2 hours or whatever but on this thermo king i can't find it

  Watch out with over riding the lights specially a stop engine red light derate because something might be wrong as well on your def system that will help to move and get control of your truck again but for sure look for a professional and scan your truck and systems to see that everything is working fine avoid the problem of breaking or cracking a def filter box and have to pay $10,000 or more to solve your issues specially on those freightliner cascadia …

  Hey, I like your videos I’ve been wanting to start a parking lot business for trucks for sometime. Only question is you know you put all that money in the investment and you just don’t know if it’s gonna pan out is there any way to check to see if it’s gonna work or not.

  I have the same problem, the truck reduced speed to 55 MPH. I drove for about two hours. then I sopped for fuel did two sets of Regen. And now I lost power completely. I’m now waiting for a tow truck to come take me to the dealership. I’m under a load and two truck is charging $800

  I have an issue where my engine temp is only fluctuating between 190-200. My fan clutch is working. The thing that's happening is the fan clutch keeps operating sporadically no matter what the coolant temp is. Sometimes the fan will come on for hours and when it does my ac stops blowing cold. When the fan shuts off it blows cold again. Anyone have any idea? Seems like the thermostat is stuck open which is causing the temp sensor to be confused causing the erratic operation of the fan.

  Solution? I’m also having eradicate fan activity. None of these videos are similar to my problem. Mine is best described as sometimes my fan works sometimes it doesn’t.

  FYI the belt that was replaced was the drive belt, it is connected only to the converter which give power to the fan belt. Cooling cycle fault is related to the refrigeration mot the coolant.

  That belt isn’t for alternator or water pump. The smaller belt on the inside on the engine runs water pump and alternator. But code 23 is a COOLING cycle fault, not a COOLANT fault. That belt you replaced, runs the fan.

  If your truck has sat for sometime , build up the air pressure and shut it down with key on and manual override to fan on , 2 or 3 light taps on the fan clutch solved my problem within seconds ,don’t pressure wash around the fan , I e seen it several times se e times , it will cost u nothing to try this, !

  I have a dd15 , my fan woudent shut off, no air leaks , I started the truck and built up the air pressure and turned on the fan engage switch , gave it three light taps with a hammer , problem solved , just try it guys

  So your Def level was reading empty and u disconnected the speed sensor and then your def level went to full? And your yellow/orange check engine lights r still on and u can still drive?
