Deine Fragen sind eigentlich im Video beschrieben. Die Gussornamente von Mantua habe ich alle entsorgt und aus Birnenholz mittels Dentalmaschine und Fräsern hergestellt. Viel Arbeit, darum monatelang. Auch sind die Ornamente jetzt nach dem AotS Band der Royal Caroline gestaltet. Das ergibt ein ganz anderes Model als die Vorlage von Mantua Gruß Hubert

Ich habe viele Modellle der SotS gesehen, und sehr viele sind eher mies, mit Proportionen und Linien die total daneben liegen. Dieses Modell ist mMn sehr gelungen, Herr Mathis

Hallo. Ich habe am Samstag mit einer Gruppe e-biker fast die gleiche Runde gemacht. Wir sind auf dem Parkplatz bei Valchava gestartet und die Runde bis zum Ofenpass gefahren. Weil die Zeit nicht mehr reichte, sind wir die Pass Straße wieder runter gefahren. Ein grandioses Erlebniss.

You brought back so much enjoyment to me. My great grandfather built one which I have inherited. She sits in a glass case at the family cabin up north.. It is the very ship that has caused me to live on a boat and travel the world. 25 years now and just getting started. Thank you so much for the fantastic job you did. Inspiring and created some great memories of why I became where I am today.

Hallo Anton Ich habe 3 1/2 Jahre für den Bau benötigt. Die Rumpfkonstruktion habe ich vom Plan von "Sergal" übernommen, aber teilweise dann abgeändert. Das Heck ist dem Gemälde von "Lely" nachgebildet. Die ganzen Dekorationen und Schnitzereien sind aus dem Buch von "Hendrik Busmann, Sovereign of the Seas", in deutscher Sprache. Die Takelage ist aus dem Buch von "R. C. Anderson, The Rigging of Ships in the Days of the Spritsail Topmast, 1600-1720".
