    Inspiring and life-transforming video.💚 I learned this by hiking 1000 km. The mindset of the destination was sometimes positive as a goal but could have been more practical; it interfered with my current mindset, which was following the trail markers, walking safely, resting when I needed it and enjoying the journey. We speak about walking into hiker mode; we have created a new process and habit. This 2-month challenging process gave me wisdom and physical, mental and emotional strength to return home and start a business mentoring people with a disability and mental illnesses on the day and multi-day hikes.

    Hi Tara, I discovered you today. I have enjoyed and learned from three videos so far, and you are easy to understand! Last year, I set aside weekly amounts for my public liability insurance in a bank account but spent them on surprise bills; it was frustrating not to have it there when I needed it. Also, please, when you mentioned spending no more than 30 to 40% of your income on expenditures, are you speaking of just business or also personal expenditures?

    I hate the effect social media has on me, I related so much to this video. If my participation in specific Facebook groups wasn't so fruitful, I would delete it. I want people to find me on Google which leads them to my website, that's my goal.

    I have 2 job offers, one in Dallas Texas, one in Frankfurt Germany. Dallas has an amazing luxury apartment I'm excited about and easier for me to settle and invest. Germany is working from home and 30 days vacation, but difficult to find apartment and invest. Trying to choose.

    Thanks for sharing all the tips; they are super helpful! I am a verified super user, which means I use Clickup a lot more than 90% of my fellow users, but it also means I'm not using efficiently as I should. My favorites are Shortcuts, automation and Whiteboard. I saw you have quite a bit of productivity content as well, but have not posted for awhile. Hope you are doing well Tara.

    Thank you for sharing! And yes, I've taken a sabbatical from content creation for health reasons (thanks long covid) so I have been focusing my marketing efforts on other avenues that didn't need as much energy. We're in the midst of planning out new content now though and hope to relaunch in the next month or two! Be sure to subscribe!

    Hi Tara, the blend you mention in the video was my go-to for years, however with one of the oils discontinued , what would you recommend to replace it? Adaptiv?

  • @TaraWagner
    @TaraWagner19 күн бұрын

    To replace the Motivate blend? I don't see it's been discontinued. (I wouldn't replace with Adaptiv. You want citrus and mints, so any DIY or company blend you can find, even if you have to add a bit more to it, should do the trick.)

    I spent the last 10 months as a super commuter. My commute was from south jersey to NYC and back … totaling 6 hours. I did this three times a week and let’s just say I burnt out badly and quickly. I’ve experienced all of these symptoms and even then, it still required so much courage for me to leave without any plan other than to rest. Now let the healing and recovery journey begin 🥲

    I never knew lemongrass was for toxic people and i have been using it. What i have noticed is people who are offended by the smell are really the toxic people in my current workplace. I also noticed that since i started using this essential oil that my mindset is better🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

    Your routine sounds like you've been brainwashed by a gulag/cult. How about a video on being a happy morning person? How about having a social life? It seems like your life hell and you've convinced yourself that's the price you're going to have to pay. I'm sorry. I hope you go in for deprogramming

    Thank you so much for this. For years I’ve been attracted mostly to the Facebook platform. I felt that I can connect better with people there. I have been struggling and trying to almost force myself to do stuff on Instagram as well based on other peoples recommendations, but now after hearing, what you just shared. I totally understand why higher guidance was holding me back from doing much on Instagram once again thank you so much for being so honest and for sharing your values with us. ❤

    Thank you. I so love your authenticity ❤ I’ve done 3 pages after reading Julia’s book, about 20 years ago, for a period of time. I can’t recall what made me stop. For the last few years, I’m doing a brain dump in the morning, but only one small page in a little notebook. I do it as a part of my Miracle Morning routine and I like it very much because like we empty our bowel in the morning I believe we do need to empty our brain as well😊 however, after watching your video I am realizing that I probably need to stop this kind of brain dump and start using your method because I’m looping around for some time and I need something that will help me with forward motion. So I’m going to give it a try for a period of time and I’m sure it’s gonna go great. Many thanks beautiful Tara 🙏❤️

    I like the clean look. For someone who is not tech savvy. I am with Wix. Kajabi looks clean for basic .. I dislike... 5 to 6 integrations. Even with courses, I like it easy. I will keep the other in mind. Oh heck no on urgency. Pressure, nope.

    This is ok for smell alone but the compounds of the oils can be degraded by high heats so it's best to avoid when possible.
