This video uses propaganda tactics and misuses data to sell Anthropology to prospective majors and the public. If you want to do Anthropology there are lots of majors that Anthropologists claim to be just like but these other degrees are much better sciences to practice, and likely more useful degrees for earning. look into Archeology, Psychometrics, and Behavioral Economics for a more scientifically rigorous degree, or various History degrees for more academic and education oriented degrees.

Very interesting video, good insight from the speakers. I would heavily recommend hiring somebody who has a better understanding of audio and video for making these kinds of videos so the sound issues etc. aren't distracting from important messaging

Really weird use of audio mixing here. Would be preferable to hear her voice out of both audio channels.

If we evolved from blacks, then they stopped and it explains their primitive behavior.

"race" is more like a social and economic class than anything else. Since when did the Irish and Jews became "white" for example ( that's some evolution - quantum speed ).

40:00 - 44:00 >Fuentes asks Wade what is his objective definition for race that his whole classfication system relies on is >Is silent >Fuentes outlines the issue with excluding intermidiate popualtions and how intentionally picking five populations separted by a 1000+ miles will obviously create five distinct groups. >Has technology issues >10 minutes later admits human diversity is a continuum and variation is arbitrary yet claims choosing the centuries old 5 catagory model is somehow divorced of political motivations. >Still ignores the issue of sample size. >Still never answers the question This is a geriatric journalist with a BA from half a century ago who can't answer a a central question and contradicts himself constantly. All these remedials in the commens are really desperate to belong to their special in-group called race its pathetic and anti-scientific.

This is a roundabout way of saying, think twice about letting a minority doctor, do your brain surgery because he may have gotten his degree through affirmative action. Andmay not be that bright.

Edith Turner died 7 or 8 months later on June 18th June 2016. Dr. Philip Singer died in the same year at approximately the same age, he was 91, whereas Edith Turner died the day after her 93rd birthday, I think.
