You bring to KZread the best life has to offer… What a beautiful video I really enjoyed all of it. KZread is full of such hatred politics to just plain crazy stuff and finding you by accident made my day so much better. So I'm here to say thank you.

there is nothing wrong with having him as a pet, he is special, there are no shortages of them . . why not? you are after all his mom, and he is going to take it very hard if you disappear forever.. prolly wont make it.. O hate to say it but that's my guess, his best life is with you, competing as a gimp he might make it depends on competition and how fast predators are in his area of release .. I say keep him, if he only lives another 18 months with you is better than another 3 or so in the wild, he is at a huge disadvantage, not having a mom to show him whats what, how to store for winters, what to store, when to harvest how to harvest and stay safe .. if you do wild him please make it close where you can drop off nuts and such now and again, specially in the fall so he can store enough for the winter and be happy and full so when you stop by for pics n' vids he's at his utmost best . . . :-) ... a buddy has a sanctuary of sorts, he feeds em all, elk deer, bear, k9's, birds and the squirrels and chipmunks..he wont feed the ground burrowers tho they tear up foundations what not, water pumps, pump houses, a regular pain .. Roo would do good there but I have never seen reds? only greys? the place he is at was a registered autobahn society bird sanctuary but now its just a regular sanctuary for all animals so forth . . hard winters in the pacific northwest where he is . . . its a good deed and there is always something to see in the mornings or afternoons, or anytime really?

Even if Roo became a bit of a loner, she's still a functioning wild squirrel and that's pretty cool. 👍 It really is for the best that she keeps her distance. You did right by Roo, and you've been quite clear about the fact that squirrels aren't for us to have as pets. They're impossibly adorable, and they belong in the wild. Fantastic series! ❄🐿❄

I cannot emphasize enough that grey squirrels are pure evil. They attempted to poison you with Novichok. I cannot warn you strongly enough. World domination belongs only to the red squirrels, who are the guardians of this planet. They need our help to combat the grey squirrels.

The rewilding of wolves is a very controversial topic here in the Netherlands. They were introduced a few years ago, but problems are starting, especially for farmers that are losing sheep to the wolves. There will always be a clash between humans and wild animals, because the tendency of humans is to want benefits, but dont want the negative sids effects. We need to learn to coexist ❤

Squirrels are amazing creatures that bring meaning to life. It is important to consider the impact of promoting veganism, as arctic foxes and humans alike can suffer if they consume "meat" made from plant matter.

11:40 I think Roo's showing how a nice place you created! 24:46 ..and all the motivation it created to go back and enjoy the place.. again! I really wish the vet who talked about euthanasia is watching these episodes and feels bad about what he suggested.

I love Sweden. The biggest problem is of course deforestation and the criminal logging companies that bring war pollution and destruction throughout the countryside, in the south and North. Honestly it makes me furious every time i think about it how these people still live among this society without any penalties.

I saw the 7th episode before all the others! A bit funny when you talk about Roo!! 😂 It's nice to see his evolution.. and yours! I'm learning a lot since episode 1 and start to understand more the habits of the mom paying me visits practically every day for a couple of years now! Unless you start feeling guilty, don't be worry about feeling wrong.. feeling wrong isn't a bad thing.. it makes you think.. and helps you when it's time for a decision.. and I'm pretty sure Roo appreciate! Thanks for everything!

I know that rue isn't a domesticated animal but i guess dogs/cats can get really anxious when theyve been abandoned. Maybe Roo just has this anxiety too? But obviously its been a long time in squirrel life since she last saw you. So she mightve forgotten you but still has that emotional damage? Idk
