This is a nice, easy hike, but this place could be haunted, maybe. As a Muslim, we believe that jinn or ghosts are creatures of God made of smokeless fire, similar to how humans are made of clay. They are invisible to us but can appear in any form, whether human or animal. Jinn could be believers or non-believers, just like humans can be good or devil. The Quran mentions Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) reciting to a group of jinn. They heard his recitation, were moved by its message, and embraced Islam. Once, while staying in a remote mountain area with my friends, at 2:00 AM, someone knocked on our hotel room door. When we opened it, no one was there. We checked the security footage with the hotel manager, but despite knowing the exact time, there was no record of anyone at the door. My cousin's house has had strange experiences. One night, my aunt saw her daughter sitting on the sofa. She told her it was late and to go to sleep. The figure had staring eyes and didn't blink. When my aunt looked back moments later, her daughter was sleeping in bed, and the figure on the sofa had vanished.

I have been home from the hospital for about 3 weeks. I had PE in both lungs after a minor surgical procedure. I was interested to hear that you weren't sent home on oxygen. I will be on oxygen at least until I can get see a pulmonologist (I am in the US). The earliest appointment I could get is about 2 weeks from now. So I will be on oxygen for about 5 weeks at least. I am only using it at night and when walking. The blood thinners will be at least 3 months and possibly 6 months. My symptom was pain under my collarbone, which the nurse at my Drs. office dismissed (I inquired about it 4 different times on phone calls and visits). Thankfully, I finally went to the emergency room.

Wow - I’m very sorry to hear your pain was dismissed. The pain I felt during this time was some of the worst in my life. I was very lucky to have a very proactive doctor, as I thought I had pneumonia and had never really heard of PE before (and I didn’t believe her when she told me the x-ray showed I didn’t have pneumonia). She’s amazing and I am so glad she pushed me to get tested. I wasn’t placed on oxygen - my oxygen levels were pretty good, which is why I’m guessing things went the way they did. I’m around 14 weeks post PE now - I’ll get some more answers soon but for the moment, I am feeling so much better. The first few weeks were the toughest, and I was frustrated I wasn’t recovering “linearly” if that makes sense - it was just slow. Lots of mental recovery too, it’s really tough all round. I’m wishing you a speedy recovery from here in Australia ❤️
