    The headline doesn't apply to the context. It says black ppl in the headline but in the clip it says people of color. Which it gonna be? Black ppl (some) are for sure racist towards Asians etc. So to say that black ppl can't be racist is false.

  • @MarkHidden

    Thanks for your comment: “Yeah well, my point is yours, but I might not have been clear about it. It was meant to be argumentative. It would be racist to suggest that someone can’t be racist because of the color of there skin. Now of course we could change the definition of racism causing all kinds of irrationality to flourish.” hmmm.

    @@MarkHidden yeh it's just confusing, I belive we meant the same thing 😊 but to be correct the claims in the definition you put up was that "people of color" can't be racist, meaning "non-white" ppl. not only black ppl. What people claim to be black ppl are often modern H. descendants from Africa (the term "black" & "white" is just bullocks in my ears) I agree that in america, and other places too, many Afro-Americans (black) are really racist. But we can't say that all of them are just as we can't claim that all "White" ppl are racist. Not every "black" supports BLM or other separatist groups. A lot of them are scared to speak out about what they really feel abour BLM etc. Just look at how the mob came after "Terry Crews" a couple of days ago, I respect him for speaking out 👍🏾 I feel like the power is in a Wierd way shifting bc the self-proclaimed "most oppressed" group (blm ppl) are gaining power through oppression, so I guess they scream racist at everything. So for other (POCs) who only calls put racism where there really is racism, we're not going to be believed bc of them 🤷🏿‍♀️ it affects all of us what they are doing unfortunately. I wish more ppl like Terry would speak out. I'm all for inclusion! That's importent 👍🏾 But some blm extremist are all for exclusion.

    I have ASD. I have no comprehension of god & religion, my mind just can’t comprehend religion. Does this mean that there is no god. Would he create without the ability to comprehend him. I’m not trying to insult or offend. This is my reality.

  • @MarkHidden
    @MarkHidden4 жыл бұрын

    One way to understand it is, we do not perceive reality, but simple an interpolation of it, that is useful for survival. For example we know that radio waves exist only indirectly, and a color blind person has to take are word for it that color exist. lets assume god dose not exist. Yet there maybe a metal function in some people brains that helps them believe in God. BTW you do understand you are a confirmation of that theory.

    I didn;t understand your objection to height. It is a very important physiological metric in some sporting disciplines and one of the few that no-one is claiming is reversed by HRT. Of course it is not one the IOC and IAAF have been talking about but, as I said in an earlier video, it appears they are deliberately shaping the discourse to only include factors that reducing test CAN redress, rather than basing the discourse on what factors are relevant to a particular sport.

  • @MarkHidden
    @MarkHidden5 жыл бұрын

    Noel Plum. That’s a good point I guess I was more objecting to the idea fair. Fair is relative to the rules whatever the rules are. The problem With any specific metric is there’s huge variance as you’ve noted. And there in lies what makes it complicated. You’re going to come up with an arbitrary rule because it’s going to simplify the issue, so it won’t be a question of fairness it will be a question of does it fit the rules. Changing the rules will change The sport. So you have to continue to ask what do you want your support to look like?

    Character assassination? Gleen Greenwald was spot on, he couldn't be clearer, all the quotes are in his articles, the subcontext is extremely clear, the rhetoric is right in your face. Chomsky's denounce was also spot one and practically the same. “There is no worse blind man than the one who doesn’t want to see. There is no worse deaf man than the one who doesn’t want to hear. And there is no worse madman than the one who doesn’t want to understand.”

    The idea that someone owes someone an apology in 2018 with the way we talk to each other, and the man we refer to as our president. Jesus, we have our priorities so fucked up! No wonder we let people like McConnell and Feinstein call themselves our leaders! We’re willing to accept anything. Someone should apologize? Everyone in an elected office should apologize and resign.

    Animals act on temptations and impulse. We also tend to act in this way. We don't choose but we must learn to choose. This is where freewill comes .our senses are not perfect. It has its own pitfalls.Even our environment may mislead us.We tend to make mistakes We are susceptible for illusions..We are self aware of our thoughts and actions.Selfawareness create choices.. We must override the impulse created by our senses and environment and act in accordance with our moral and spiritual values otherwise we must bear the consequences of our actions.The axiom "We choose before we are conscious of our choice "has its own loopholes. Studies involving electrodes implanted in human brain shows we have the ability to control and regulate the neural activity of our brain volitionally. "The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one over another "William James."According to quantum science our mind can influence the outcome of a process.

    The assumption that I make is that pattern matching is an analog output that explains the experience, That Roger Penrose believes is a quantum effect. The sense of self and other emotional functions of the brain should be explainable by this pattern matching effect. If not I am wrong. You and Penros are not wrong to question this function of mind, only I think this function is an explainable phenomenon like music. music can be compressed as a digital file, but to be experienced it has to be converted to an analog output. So I think we are missing an analog function of mind.

    Characterizing Harris as just a neuroscientist with no authority on religious studies is absurdly ignorant. He left his second year at Stanford to run off to India and Nepal to study for many years Buddhist and Hindu meditation practices. Eleven years later he returned to Stanford to complete a Bachelor's in philosophy. His research for his PHd. in neuroscience focused on research into the neural basis of belief, disbelief, and uncertainty. His thesis was titled "The moral landscape: How science could determine human values." Meanwhile, Reza Aslan--of Iranian descent--was a creative writing teacher at UC Riverside who outright lies about his credentials.

  • @MarkHidden

    LSDMTV: Are you saying this because you know someone? We can no longer speak in general terms we have to address the issue that do occur on a case by case basis. The last from of systemic racism that we are dealing with are the identity concepts such as black culture, or white culture, race does not a culture make. Culture is based on Geography, language and or values. To base a culture on a phenotype is classic racism. It is as meaningful as basing culture on eye color. Yes we can sort people by eye color, but that is not a culture. Now this identity politics extends too sexual orientation which too is a phenotype, now people of a phenotype maybe attracted to people with similar values, and similar phenotypes, but it is the values they have that determines there culture not there sexual orientation. So it too is inaccurate to say the Gay community or Gay culture. However. it is not incorrect to say Minecraft culture or Christian culture or jewish culture. For these are cultures bound by values and language. We can be members of multiple cultures, but some cultures define us more than others, and we would call this a matter of choice, but don’t assume you know what someone's dominant culture is based on there phenotype.

    Daniel Skaluba It's always been that way guy. The only reason you think differently is because the brainwashing succeeded. It CAN be broken though with facts, logic, and critical thinking. Lincoln was a Republican, The civil rights act was authored and pushed by Republicans for 20 years before it was passed. LBJ voted AGAINST it's passage 3 times. Google "LBJ 200 years quote" and this will bring some perspective. Also, the Condederacy were democrats. Look up the politics of their President Jefferson Davis. Oh and Democrats formed the kkk in 1848 as a more militant branch of the Democrat party. Then they gave them money until the 1960's. Coincidentally the KKK became inactive around the LBJ 200 years quote... Please verify everything I've said with Google or Bing searches.

But some of the people you're with don't hesitate to make common cause with people who, if they ever gained real power, would do far, far more violence than that. I'm not sure how closely you were watching your livestream chat, but they showed their true faces. There are definitely nazis in your ranks. And I don't mean "you won't cowtow to minorities, you're a nazi". I mean actual, "we will make your lives unlivable until you leave the country, and if you still won't leave, then you'll see what happens next" Nazis. Where the only way to be exempt from that treatment is to have been born white. Doesn't excuse what Antifa does, but that's why they're doing it.

    W H I searched pieces of this video, and I'd like to know who exactly were the people that you have collected enough facts about to use such a label as Nazis? Also, how do you define Nazi, and does your definition match closely enough to narrows those people down to that specific label? If you answered, "no" to any part of these questions, have you thought about the affects such pejoratives has on the current dialects? in the words of Spock, I do not find labels a compelling argument.

    Nobody in the video was a nazi, and I have no particular reason to suspect anybody in this video was a nazi. I was referring to a live chat which accompanied the livestreaming of this video (which was not saved by youtube) that was absolutely crawling with them. And I'm sure they'll show up in these comments soon enough. When I say "Nazis": once again, I'm not using it for anything short of "we will make your lives unlivable until you leave, and if you still won't leave, then you'll see what happens next". Where the only way to be exempt from that treatment is to have been born with a particular genetic heritage.
