Someone played this song for me without telling me who it was or the name of the song. Every once in a while, I would always think of the verse “everybody’s watching for the black #3” just trying to remember. Idiot me did not think to just google that verse

On a historical sidenote, this was the first race that Morgan-McClure Motorsports had Kodak as a sponsor on their #4 car. That deal would last 18 years.
Neil and dale would be proud of how nascar is today and couldn't wait to drive the new gen 7 hot rods
*Raise Hell & Praise Dale*
I don’t think Bobby could get up out of that couch if he tried 😂
R.i.p. cale yarborough
Mark would have never thought the career he had in front of him
Guys like JD are the men who built the sport of NASCAR. The unsung heroes who did it all on their own on a shoestring budget and always made it to the next race week in and week out. The everyday working class drivers that everyday working class people can relate to and pull for on Sundays. Guys like JD were the little engines that could. God bless all the old time independent drivers and their sacrifices and contributions to this great sport. May JD forever rest in peace. A real class act and gentleman. They sure don't make em like JD anymore.
There’s some massive hits in these heats the dry racetrack derbies are crazy plus with these old cars some of these hits probably hurt like a motherfucker
